一方の側においてフランジの張り出し方向に沿つ
て形成された突部であり、この突部6は板状を呈
し、かつフランジ2の側端部より若干外側に突出
しており、かつ突部6の両側には引出線案内用の
切込み7,7が形成されている。また、突部
6は温度ヒユーズ8の一方の引出線8aがその根
元に絡げられるピン4が植設された肉厚部5の
近傍に切込み7を介して設けられており、かつ
突部6の先端部には切欠き6a′が形成されてい
る。この切欠き6a′は温度ヒユーズ8の他方の引
出線8bを、例えば他方の切込み7の底部から
引出す場合には反対側の切込み7の側に設ける
と引出線の絡げ付け作業が容易となり好ましい。
なお、温度ヒユーズ8は、例えばコイルボビン本
の胴部9上に設けられたり、あるいは胴部9
上に巻回された下巻線と上巻線の間に設けられる
もので、後者の態様が一般的に採用されている。

田浴槽の中に浸漬して行うと量産的に好ましく、
この場合、コイルボビン材料として、例えば熱硬
化性樹脂を使用すれば何等問題はない。なお、熱
可塑性樹脂であつてもガラス繊維などが混入され
たいわゆる繊維強化プラスチツクであれば実用上
差し支えない。
