する方法を示す線図である。第４図は従来の人手
によるセロテープ剥離によるめつき密着性試験方
法を示す斜視図である。第５図は第４図の鋼板か
らはがしたセロテープの状態を示す平面図である

Claims (1)
- 折り曲げためつき鋼板の屈曲部分全長にわたつ
て透明なセロテープを貼り付ける一方、貼り付け
たセロテープをはがしながらセロテープに付着し
ためつきの量を測定してめつきの密着性を調べる
試験装置であつて、セロテープを備えたペイオフ
リールと、このペイオフリールのセロテープを巻
取る巻取りリールと、この巻取りリールと前記ペ
イオフリールとの間に位置し、セロテープの接着
面側を前記鋼板屈曲部に押し当てる接着ローラと
、この接着ローラと前記巻取りリールとの間に位
置し、セロテープに光を投光し、セロテープを透
過した光を受光するとともにこの受光量の変化量
を検出してめつき付着量を測定するめつき測定器
と、少なくとも接着ローラを前記鋼板屈曲部の全
長にわたつて相対的に移動する移動部材を具える
ことを特徴とするめつき密着性試験装置。
