され、該ダイアフラムの楔状部分のエツジにおい
て前記陥凹部分に対応する長さのスリツト7状の

できる。ここで該スリツトの伸張状態に原因す
る、流体が弁体内から下流に向うときの弁開放の
困難性は、ダイアフラムの厚みのコントロールに
よつて容易に解決することができる。また必要に
応じて流路内係止手段としてフランジ8を逆止弁
