【考案の詳細な説明】
(1) 考案の技術分野
本考案はフープ材及びプレス加工されたコイル
材等の各種めつきを連続で行なう場合の被めつき

各めつき処理槽を通し、各めつき処理槽間にフー
プ材への陰極接続を目的とするカソードローラユ

にマイナス極を固定したカーボンブラシ3をスプ
リング4により押し当て、被めつき体6はステン
レスローラ1とゴムローラ2の間をエアシリンダ
で圧縮されて貫通する。しかしながら被めつき体
9がローラから外れやすいこと、またゴムローラ
の摩耗、ステンレスローラの摩耗により接触性が
安定でなく被めつき体に傷がつくこと、さらに高

を行なうめつき方法において、導電性敷板上に該
被めつき体を走行させ、かつ該敷板上に設けた導
電性バネ板を該被めつき体に押し当てて通電を行
なうことを特徴としためつき体の通電構造により

図を示す。本考案の通電構造は第2図に示すよう
にステンレス製の敷板5に沿つて被めつき体5を
走行させ、この被めつき体は敷板上に設けたバネ
板(銅合金)7を押し当て通電している。敷板5
にはバネ板7を係止する係止部8を具えている。
従つてバネ板7が摩耗した場合は簡単に新しいも
のと取り替えができる。なお被めつき体6は図示

以上説明したように本考案の通電構造によれ
ば、通電性が良くなり、高い電流での発熱が少な
くなり高速送りが可能となる。また接触性が安定
しているので接触不良によるめつき厚さのバラツ
キがなくなりめつきの仕上りが良くなる。また消
耗部品の交換がきわめて容易の為、装置の稼動率
