(2) Background of the technology For example, when manufacturing connectors, etc., nickel, gold, etc. are successively applied to a hoop material in the shape of a hoop material in which a large number of terminals are punched out from a strip by a press and connected by continuous parts. Fast plating. The hoop material is passed through each plating tank, and an energizing structure called a cathode roller unit is used between each plating tank for the purpose of cathode connection to the hoop material.

(3) Prior art and problems The conventional structure for supplying electricity to the body to be fitted uses a cathode roller unit as shown in Fig. 1, which consists of a rotatable stainless steel roller 1 and a rubber roller 2 as a pair. A carbon brush 3 with a negative pole fixed to a stainless steel roller is pressed by a spring 4, and a fitted body 6 is compressed by an air cylinder and penetrates between the stainless steel roller 1 and the rubber roller 2. However, there were problems in that the mated body 9 easily came off the roller, the contact was unstable due to wear of the rubber roller and the stainless steel roller, and the mated body was damaged, and heat generation occurred when the current was high. .

(4) Purpose of the invention The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and to provide a current-carrying structure that provides stable contact over a long period of time and enables high-speed plating.

(5) Structure of the invention The purpose of the invention is to continuously pass a material to be plated, such as a hoop material, into a plating tank and perform plating. This is achieved by a structure for supplying electricity to a clamping body, which is characterized in that electricity is supplied by moving the body and pressing a conductive spring plate provided on the bottom plate against the mating body.

(6) 考案の実施例 次に図面により本考案を具体的に説明する。(6) Example of implementation of the idea Next, the present invention will be specifically explained with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of a current-carrying structure according to an embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 2a shows a front view, b shows a side view, and c shows a plan view. As shown in FIG. 2, the current-carrying structure of the present invention runs a mated body 5 along a stainless steel bottom plate 5, and this mated body pushes against a spring plate (copper alloy) 7 provided on the bottom plate. The power is on. Floor plate 5
is provided with a locking portion 8 for locking the spring plate 7.
Therefore, when the spring plate 7 becomes worn out, it can be easily replaced with a new one. Incidentally, the body to be fitted 6 is transported by a drive means (not shown).

(7) Effects of the invention As explained above, the current-carrying structure of the invention improves current-carrying properties, reduces heat generation at high currents, and enables high-speed feeding. Furthermore, since the contact properties are stable, variations in plating thickness due to poor contact are eliminated, and the plating finish is improved. Furthermore, since consumable parts can be replaced extremely easily, there is an advantage that the operating rate of the device is improved and productivity is improved.
