Claims (1)
- ホーロー用鋼板を用いて皿状に形成された基板
と、基板の全面に施されたホーロー被膜と、上記
皿状を形成している基板の周辺部との間に僅かな
間隙を残して嵌合している状態で接着された不燃
性の裏打板とを有し、ホーロー被膜を成後の基板
に裏打板を接着剤を用いて接着するにあたり、裏
打板を基板に対して強く押圧して基板の表面部の
変形を修復すると共に、隙間から溢出した接着剤
が周辺部の内面に固着されて、これにより周辺部
の補強が行われるように構成したことを特徴とす
る建築用壁板。
