本発明は、法面の補強と緑化を同時に達成し、環境保存
のために有用な地山法面の緑化工法に関する。
【従来の技術)
地山法面を補強するには、法面上に敷設した金網上から
地山上に向かってモルタルを吹付け、法面全体をモルタ
ルで被覆する工法が、また、地山法面の自然的環境を保
全するための緑化対策としては、法面上に金網を敷設し
た後に、この金網を含めて地山上に腐蝕上が配合されて
いる土壌を植物種子とともに吹付け、法面上に植生用の
客土層を造成する工法がそれぞれ採用されている。
(発明が解決しようとする問題点1
モルタルによって法面全体を被覆する工法では、法面強
度が満たされて崩落を防止することはできるが、美観が
損なわれて周囲の自然環境を悪くするといった問題があ
り、また、法面上に客土層を造成する工法では、緑化の
目的は達成できるが法面強度が比較的弱く、土壌基盤が
欠落して地質が露出し、元の地山に戻ってしまうといっ
た問題がある。
【問題点を解決するための手段]
本発明は」1記の点に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的
はモルタルによって被覆される法面上に緑化のためのス
ペースを予め部分的に多数構設し、これらのスペースを
除いた部分に対するモルタルの吹付けが完了した後、該
スペース内に植生材を充填して、法面の補強と同時に緑
化を確保できるように改良した地山法面の緑化工法を提
供することにある。 しかして、本発明の上記目的は地
山法面上に金網を敷設し、この金網上に間隔を置いて多
数の金網枠を取付けると共に、該金網枠の脚を地山法面
−(−に支持させ、次いで、」−配合網枠の設置部分を
除いた地山法面上にモルタルを吹付けることによって、
該地山法面上に金網枠を包囲した状態でモルタル層を形
成し、各々の金網枠によって形成された地山法面上のス
ペース内に種子を混入した土壌等の植生材を充填して、
地山法面上に緑化層を部分的に造成するようにしだ地山
法面の緑化工法により達成される。
【実 施 例]
以下に、本発明に係る地山緑化工法を添付図面を参照し
ながら説明する。
アンカー2を用いて、先ず、地山法面1上に所要の間隙
を形成して金網3を敷設する。 次に、金網3上には間
隙を置いて多数の金網枠4を縛着等の手段により取付け
る。 この場合、地111法面1上には各々の金網枠4
の設置部分に対応させて予め集水管5を布設し、この集
水管5を水抜き管6と接続しておく。 また、金網枠4
は下側周縁から下方に延びる多数の脚4−a(縦線条)
を備えたものが用いられ、これらの脚4aは金網3の網
目を通して先端を地山法面1上に支持させ、金網枠4の
取付は状態を確定すると同時に、敷設した金網3の安定
を図っている。
次いで、各々の金網枠4をダンボールやクラフト紙等の
被覆材を用いて仮被覆し、これらの金網枠4の設置部分
を除いた地山法面1−上に通常の方法によってモルタル
を吹付け、地山法面1Fにモルタル層7を形成する。
このモルタル層7が乾燥した後に金網枠4から被覆材を
取外し、各々の金網枠4によって形成された地山法面1
上の各スペース内に、腐蝕上等を配合するとともに植物
種子を混入した土壌等の植生材を充填して、金網枠=4
−
4を設置した部分の地山法面1上に多数の緑化層8を部
分的に造成するようにして本発明を実施する。
なお、水抜き管6は、モルタル層7が形成されたときに
、該モルタル層7より突出するように予め集水管5に接
続しておくものである。
【発明の効果)
本発明は上記の如くであって、地山法面上に敷設される
金網は、該金網上に間隔を置いて多数の金網枠が結合し
ていること及び金網枠の脚が地山法面上に支持されてい
ることによって、その敷設状態は安定して湾曲する等の
不具合の生ずることが解消され、モルタルの吹付は作業
を確りと体裁よく行なうことができる。 しかして1本
発明によれば緑化層造成のためのスペースを地山法面上
に整然と設けることができるし、また、施工現場に応じ
て金網枠の大きさ、或いはその個数を自由に選定でき、
緑化工事を合理的かつ経済的に行なうことができる利点
があり、加えて、モルタル層によって地山の法面強度も
満たされ、崩落事故の防止と同時に緑化を完全に達成で
きるものであって、他山法面の補強並びに自然保護と環
