従来この種のフツク部材の製造は、第1図に示
すように基布1に合成樹脂製のモノフイラメント
糸を織込んで多数のループ2を形成し、該ループ
の側部を第2図のように切断することによりフツ
ク3を形成していた。しかるにこのようにして形
成されたフツク部材Aはループ2の脚部2′がフ
ツク3の先端と一直線上に相対向しているためル
ープ部材と係合させる場合各ループがフツク3に
入り込みにくくそのためフツクに係合できないル
ープが多数生じ、係合率が悪化するため接合強度
が悪くなる欠点があつた。

以下本発明の実施例を図面に基いて説明する。
第3図において、基布1に合成樹脂製モノフイラ
メント糸を織込むことによりループ2を形成す
る。本発明においてはこのモノフイラメント糸を
あらかじめ加撚しておき、又は加撚しながら基布
1に織込む。これによりモノフイラメント糸はそ
の撚りを戻す方向のトルクが働き、第3図bのよ
うにループ2が少しねじれた状態になる。この状
態で熱セツト、染色、樹脂加工の一連の処理工程
を経た後、公知の手段によりループの一側を切断
すると、モノフイラメント糸の残留トルクのた
め、切断によつて形成されたフツク3がなおも回
転して第4図のように脚部2′からフアスナーの
平面方向に偏位するという現象が生ずる。これに
よつてフツク3の先端には大きな開口部4がで
き、ループ部材のループ5はフツクに確実に入り
込め、係合率が向上する。
