In those with such a structure, the connection piece is provided and fixed to one end of the base, and the electric wire is fixed to the center of the base using a threaded rod for fixing, for example, to the base. When pulled in the vertical direction, there is a problem in that the base body lifts off from the base plate around one end (the part fixed to the base board by the connecting piece). Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it was necessary to perform the above-mentioned fastening at both ends of the base body. However, such a structure has the disadvantage that it takes time and effort to fix the base body to the substrate. Furthermore, such a structure has the problem that its shape is limited because the connecting piece must have sufficient fixing strength.

Therefore, the present invention is designed to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it is possible to securely attach the board to the board by just fixing at a single location.Furthermore, the shape of the connection piece can be made arbitrary. The present invention aims to provide a connector that does this.

1 to 5 showing embodiments of the present application will be described below. 1 is a substrate made of an insulating material, and 2 is a terminal fitting, which is used to connect a center conductor 4 of a coaxial cable 3, which is exemplified as an electric wire to be fastened. Reference numeral 6 denotes a well-known coaxial cable holding tool provided close to the terminal fitting 2 at the edge of the board 1, and is usually formed of a metal plate and has a step between its curved portion 6' and the board 1. Then, insert the exposed outer conductor 5 portion of the coaxial cable 3 into the position, and tighten the tightening screws 7, 7 that are screwed into the board 2 or the screw splicing plate 2', so that the coaxial cable 3 is connected to the board 2. It is designed to be fixed and to make electrical contact with the external conductor 5. In addition, when the board 1 is composed of a printed circuit board or other insulating board used for forming an arbitrary electric circuit, the terminal fittings 2 and the presser 6 are used to form the electric circuit, as is well known. Good to use as an input/output terminal. It may also be used in other places where connection of electric wires is required.

Next, the terminal fitting 2 will be described in detail. 8 is a plate-shaped base attached to one surface of the substrate 1; 9 is the base 8;
10 is a hollow cylindrical fixing member concentrically connected to the edge of the hole 9 on one side of the base 8;
The projecting length is such that the free end 10' projecting to the other surface of the substrate 1 in the penetrating state is inserted into the hole 11 in a fitting manner. The length is such that it can be expanded outwardly so as to be able to engage with the edge of the hole 11. Reference numeral 12 denotes a female thread carved on the inner peripheral surface of the fixing member 10, into which the male thread portion 13b of the screw 13 for fastening and fixing the electric wire is screwed. The female thread 12 is also formed in the hole 9 of the base body 8 as shown in the figure, but even if it is not formed due to molding, this does not affect the engagement of the screw 13 in any way. Reference numerals 14 and 14 are connection pieces extending in a bent shape from the base 10, and projecting to the other surface of the base plate 1 by penetrating small holes 1' and 1' drilled in the base plate 1, respectively, as necessary. The free ends of each wire are configured as wire connecting portions 14', 14' to which other wires can be connected by winding or soldering. Further, the shape and number of the connecting pieces 14 are arbitrary. For example, when connecting the electric wires 15 with soldering as shown in FIG. Alternatively, if it is desired to use a screw to fasten the electric wire 15, it is free to use a thick shape so that a female thread for the screw can be formed there. Reference numerals 16 and 16 indicate upright walls that are provided as necessary, and two or one of them are provided as shown in the figure, and they are connected to the base 8 and the head 1 of the screw 13.
When the center conductor 4 inserted between the center conductors 3a and the center conductor 4 is fastened with the screw 13, the center conductor 4 is prevented from escaping and coming off from the base 10 due to the rotation of the head 13a. The terminal fitting 2 is usually integrally molded using well-known press processing means (for example, shearing, bending, etc.) from a metal plate, and in particular, the cylindrical fixing member 10 is formed by punching the base member before molding. It is molded by a well-known extrusion process in which it is extruded from one side to the other. In this case, a metal material having electrical conductivity suitable for the processing is used as the material, and the holes 9 in the substrate 8 are necessarily bored at the same time. After the above planing process, the female thread is 12
is formed.

The terminal fitting 2 having the above structure is attached to the substrate 1 as shown in FIG. 5. That is, the terminal metal fitting 2, which has been previously formed as shown in FIG. 4, is positioned so that its fixing member 10 is inserted into the through hole 11 of the substrate 1, as shown in FIG. 5a, with respect to the substrate 1. Then, the base 8 side is placed on an arbitrary support stand 18.
and the free end 10' of the fixing member 10.
When the free end 10' is expanded outwardly by pressing with a tool such as a punch 19, the free end 10' engages with the edge of the hole 11 in the substrate 1 in a crimping manner, as shown in FIG. 5B. As a result, the terminal fitting 2 is quickly and firmly fixed without wobbling. This improves the workability of connecting various electric wires to the terminal fitting 2, and also makes it possible to fix the position of the electric wires connected to the connection piece 14. For example, lead wires (electrical wires) of electronic circuit components (coils, resistors, capacitors, etc.) can be directly connected in communal reception equipment. Further, since the screw 13 for tightening the electric wire is screwed into the inner surface of the cylindrical fixing member 10 that protrudes long from the base body 1, the screw length is large as shown in FIG. 3, and a firm screw condition can be obtained. Enables firm fastening of electric wires.

Next, in FIG.
An example of using this method to fix the connection is shown below. Note that the presser 6e that fixes the parallel feeder 20 to the substrate 1e is usually made of plastic. It should be noted that the same reference numerals as those in the previous figure are appended with an alphanumeric letter "e" for parts that are functionally the same or equivalent to those in the previous figure, and redundant explanations are omitted. (Also, in the following figures, the same concept is applied sequentially, and the redundant explanation is omitted by adding an alphanumeric letter "f".) FIG. An example is shown in which the through hole 11f of the substrate 1f is formed into a cylindrical shape, and the shape of the through hole 11f of the substrate 1f is also formed into a corresponding square hole. Incidentally, the internal threads 12f inside the fixing member 10f are carved in a part of the four inner walls thereof.

As described above, in this invention, one end of a hollow cylindrical fixing member 10 is concentrically connected to the edge of the hole 9 for screw insertion provided in the base 8, and the above-mentioned A portion spaced apart from the hole 9 is provided with a terminal fitting 2 connecting the other end of a connecting piece 14 having a wire connection portion 14' at one end, and a through hole 11 and a portion spaced apart from the through hole 11. A substrate 1 made of an insulating material is also provided with a small through-hole 1' provided in the substrate 1, and the base 8 is attached to one side of the substrate 1, and the fixing member 10 and the connecting piece 14 are attached to one side of the substrate 1. This means that the fixing member 10 is penetrated by the through hole 11 and the small hole 1', and the free ends 10' and 14' respectively protrude from the other surface of the substrate 1, and the free end 10' of the fixing member 10 is directed outwardly. The fixing member 1 is expanded to engage and fixed to the hole edge of the substrate 1.
0 is provided with a female screw 12 on the inner surface thereof, and a screw 13 is screwed into the female screw 12 for fastening the electric wire to the base 8. (a) A terminal is attached to the base 1. When fixing the metal fitting 2, as shown in FIG.
There is an effect in terms of installation work that the base body 8 can be firmly fixed to the base body 8.

(b) Moreover, even if the structure is simple, with only one fixing point to the board 1, that one fixing point is the exact location where the female screw 12, into which the wire connection screw 13 is screwed, is installed. Therefore, even if the electric wire is strongly pulled from any direction when the electric wire is fixed to the terminal fitting 2 and the screw is tightened, the fixed state of the terminal fitting 2 to the board 1 can be firmly maintained.

(c) Furthermore, even if there is only one fixed location as described above, and that is the same location as the female screw 12 (even if the fixing member 10 may rotate together when the screw 13 is turned), the above-mentioned Due to the position of the connecting piece 14 and the relationship between it and the small hole 1' of the board 1, it is possible to prevent the fixing member 10 from rotating together when the screw 13 is turned to connect the electric wire, and the screw 13 can be strongly tightened. It has the advantage of being able to securely fix electric wires.
