動する部材上それらの移動方向に、後記dよりも
充分大きい距離Dだけ離れた2箇所にスライダ係
合部を設け、上記グリツプ爪の移動方向と平行な
方向に滑動可能で位置固定も可能にしたスライダ
を、該スライダ上に設けた係合部材が上記二つの
スライダ係合部の間にある如く配置することによ
り上記距離Dに基づく遅れをもつてグリツプ爪の
開閉道に従動するようにし、上記スライダ係合部
設置部材及びスライダの一方にセンサを、他方に
該センサの励起部材を、スライダ係合部設置部材
上に設置されるセンサ若しくは励起部材が他方よ
りも距離dだけ上記グリツプ爪寄りにあるような
配置で設置し(但し上記“距離d”の“距離”は
グリツプ爪の閉動作にスライダが従動する係合を
生じた状態における距離とし、“d”は上記グリ
ツプ爪が把持したワークを解放し他の同種のワー
クを把持するのに最小限度必要な開方向移動距離
にほぼ等しい)、更にグリツプ爪のワーク把持面
にワーク把持確認のためのセンサを装着したこと
