本考案は強固な枠体からなる合成樹脂製の盛そ

従来、中空の枠体からなる合成樹脂製の盛そば
容器として、内外壁面を上下に分割し、その上下
縁に凹凸の嵌合部を設け、接着剤を塗付して一体
に嵌合したものがあるが、枠体を構成する成形品
の嵌合部が射出成形時の残留ひずみにより短期間
に変形し易く、接着部分が離反して破損を招くこ
とが多く、長期の使用に耐えない。また、枠体内
部を空洞にして中仕切の壁を多数入れ、枠体に底
蓋を接着した実開昭51−59358のものもあるが、
第一に中仕切を多数入れた枠体を成形するのは一
般に困難であり、中仕切を用いるため枠体が重く
なり、中仕切は材質の収縮変形を防ぐためとされ
ているので、外観上、枠体は中仕切の部分以外が
若干くぼむかたちとなり易く美感を損なう。さら
に、枠体と底蓋との接着は、接着部分が線状にな
つているため接着強度が弱く、成形びずみに応じ
て剥離部分を生じ易い。なお、底蓋があるため、
盛そばの水切りによる水が底蓋上にたまり、持ち
運びに不便をきたす。

の盛そば容器をつくるべく種う工夫した結果、以
下に述べる考案を見出すに至つた。

面を必要に応じバフ掛けして仕上げてもよい。枠
体には中桟9が一体成形により取付けられてお
り、すだれ10が上縁の段差部6と中桟9の上に
載つて盛そば容器を構成する。なお、盛そば容器
は下縁の段差部7を介して、第1図の鎖線のごと

る。しかも、前述の通り、製作が容易で量産が可
能である。
