Conventionally, this type of device has been developed by forming a circular recess in the floor, laying an annular rail along the inner peripheral surface of the recess, and installing a disc on the rail via a wheel that engages with the rail. It is known that the central axis of the disc is linked to the rotating shaft of a motor provided on the bottom surface of the recess, and the disc is rotated by driving the motor after driving a car onto the disc. However, this conventional turntable device requires construction work such as forming a recess in the floor and laying a rail in it, and the part where the car enters is made of a large diameter metal disc. Because of this, it is heavy, requires a motor with a large horsepower to rotate it, and has the disadvantages that it must be installed by a specialist.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a turntable device that eliminates these drawbacks.
The feature is that an H-shaped support rod with a wheel receiving plate at each end is rotatably supported at the center of a circular base installed on the floor. A mounting body with a motor attached is pivotally attached to the side of the center rod at a position offset from the center at its intermediate portion, and the tip of the mounting body and the center rod are connected by a spring. The elasticity of the spring causes a friction roller connected to the rotating shaft of the motor to come into contact with the side surface of the base body.

Reference numeral 2 indicates a support rod, and the support rod 2 is formed into an H shape by a straight square pipe 2a and T-shaped square pipes 2b, 2b attached to both ends of the straight square pipe 2a, with the former square pipe 2a at the center. It becomes a rod, and its center is pivotally supported at the center of the base body 1, and wheels 3, 3 are mounted on both sides of the center rod 2a, respectively.
These wheels 3...3 roll on the peripheral edge of the upper surface of the base body 1, so that the support rod 2 rotates on the base body 1.

Reference numeral 4 indicates a motor, and reference numeral 5 indicates a mounting body to which the motor 4 is mounted and fixed. The tip is connected to the center rod 2a via a spring 6. Reference numeral 7 denotes a friction roller, which is connected to the rotating shaft of the motor 4 via a speed reducer 8, and whose circumferential surface is pressed against the side surface of the base body 1 by the elasticity of the spring 6. It was made to touch the . Reference numerals 9...9 indicate wheel receiving plates fitted to each end of the support rod 2, that is, the ends of the T-shaped square pipes 2b, 2b.

In this way, for example, after the base body 1 is installed and fixed on the floor of an exhibition hall, the center rod 2a is pivotally supported on the base body 1, and then T is attached to both ends of the center rod 2a, that is, a straight square pipe. At the same time, the square pipes 2b, 2b having the same shape are fitted, and a mounting body 5 is pivotally attached to the center rod 2a, and a spring 6 is used to connect the tip of this and the center rod 2a. Then, the motor 4 is mounted and fixed on the mounting body 5, the friction roller 7 is brought into contact with the side surface of the base body 1, and the T-shaped square pipes 2b, 2b are
The installation is completed by fitting the wheel receiving plate 9 to each end of the wheel. In this way, this installation can be performed even by one or two general workers who do not have specialized skills.

Then, the car is moved to the exhibition hall, each wheel A of the car is placed on the support plate 9, and when the motor 4 is driven, the friction roller 8 comes into contact with the side surface of the base body 1 and rotates together with the support rod 2. The car you drive into will also rotate. Here, the angle Θ formed by the pivot point B of the mounting body 5, the center point C of the friction roller 7, and the center point D of the support rod 2
From experience, it is preferable that the angle is 120 to 140 degrees, so that when the friction roller 7 rotates in the direction of the arrow E in FIG. However, when a human body or the like hits the receiving plate 9 and a force is applied in the direction of the arrow F in FIG. 1, the center point C immediately moves counterclockwise around the pivot point B, and the friction roller 7 is separated from the side surface of the base body 1, the rotational action of the support rod 2 is stopped, and it is safe.

Next, the turntable device can be removed by reversing the assembly procedure described above, and can be easily done by one or two workers, and since the device can be disassembled into individual parts, it can be easily done by one or two workers. Easy to transport. Note that the base body 1 may be an annular rail. As described above, according to the present invention, it is easy to install and remove, it is easy to change the installation location, the device is lightweight, and the support rod can be rotated with a small horsepower motor, which saves energy. It has the advantage of being applicable to various places such as exhibition halls and parking spaces.
