Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent noise, by a method wherein the lower end part of a paper sheet receiving part is mounted to a paper feed device main body in a freely revolvable manner and a sound-proof cover is integrally formed to the lower part of the paper sheet receiving part so as to be protruded to the surface side opposite to the surface of a paper sheet receiving side and an opening part is closed by the sound-proof cover. CONSTITUTION:The paper sheets 1 held to a paper sheet holding part 4 in a laminated state are fed out toward the printing part in a printer 3 one at a time by rotating a paper feed roller 6 and each paper sheet 1 subjected to printing treatment is successively received on the paper sheet receiving part 12 provided at the front position of the paper sheet holding part 4 so as to direct the printed surface downwardly to be laminated and held therein.
