本考案は医療用、更には総胆管、肝内胆管の再
建に使用されるY形ドレーンチユーブに関する。
胆石手術、或は胆道系の手術に於て、肝臓左右部
より出た左右肝内胆管と総胆管を縫合再建する
術、或は、左右肝内胆管を直接空腸に吻合する術
などが実施されているが、この場合左右肝内胆管
の流路の確保と胆汁の排出のため、左右肝内胆管
にチユーブを挿入して留置し、縫合部が充分に治

となり、従つて治療中における胆汁の流路として
