その反動を利用して回転軸の回転を助勢するよう
にしたことを特徴とするものである。

考案はこの欠点を除去して能率的に作動を行うた
めに、撹拌羽根の回転を特に空気モーターによつ
て行い、このモーターを駆動した空気を直ちに排
出することなく、これを中空回転軸の内部を通し
て撹拌羽根の表面より側方に噴出させて安定液の
撹拌とその反動を利用して撹拌羽根の回転補助に
供するようにしたもので、その構成を図面の実施
例について説明すれば、1は装置本体の外筐にし
て、上部に空気分配弁3を設けた空気モーター2
を装置し、その回転軸4の下部に、撹拌羽根5を
備え中心に通孔6を設けた回転軸7の上端をカツ
プリング8によつて連結すると共にその外周を外

うにしたものである。而して本考案においてはこ
の空気モーター2よりの排気を直接放出すること
なく、その排気管11の出口11′を回転軸7の
中間に装置したスイベル12に接続してこれを介
して回転軸の通孔6に排気を送給するようにした
ものである。而して本考案においてはこの回転軸
の通孔6に送られた排気を撹拌羽根5より噴出さ
せるために、第3図に示すように、通孔6に通ず
る横孔6′を設け、これを中心として回転軸7の
外周に取付座13を設け、これに撹拌羽根5の螺
子部5′を螺合すると共にロツクナツト14によ
つて固定するようになし、かつこの軸心に前記横
孔12に連通する通孔15を設けて撹拌羽根5の
表面に設けた噴出孔16・・に連通させたもので
ある。なおこの噴出孔16は第3図に示すように
回転力を助勢するために回転方向と反対方向に排
気するように噴出口を設けたものである。また撹
拌羽根5は撹拌の程度に応じて任意の角度に調整
した後ロツクナツト14を取付座13に圧接して
固定するようにしたものである。また前記回転軸
7の中間を二分してこの部分に、第4図に示すよ
うに逆止弁17を介装して撹拌羽根よりの逆流を
防止するようにしたものである。

を配設し、その先端排出口22′を撹拌羽根5の
近くに開口させ、これにより固結剤を噴出させる
ようにしたものである。
