``Prior art'' Conventionally, in the event of a power outage due to overhead line construction, etc., the switch or the stop section of the distribution line is cut off or disconnected using a utility pole equipped with a switch or stop section of the distribution line, and the power is interrupted between each. However, due to high costs and other reasons, such switches or picture clamps are not installed on each utility pole, and the above power outage will also require long power outages in spans outside the construction zone. Collateral power outages occur frequently,
This has major drawbacks, such as increased labor costs required for switch switching operations to reduce the range of power outages.

``Means to solve the problem'' Known chucks are attached to the power distribution lines on both sides of the construction zone at appropriate intervals, and between the chucks at appropriate intervals, a rotatable main shaft installed in the main body is used to attach the A wire tensioner equipped with an expandable main shaft cover is connected, and two wire supports for holding the distribution line are inserted into the main body of the wire tensioner so as to be slidable, rotatable, and fixed. , the distance between the respective chucks is reduced with a rod-type wire tensioner, the distribution line between the chucks is loosened, the distribution line is held by the two wire supports, and the distribution line is stretched between the wire supports. A connecting clamp is installed at each chucked end of the distribution line, and the bypass cable and working ground are connected as appropriate.

"Effects of the Invention" As described above, the present invention is capable of shutting off power only in the construction zone, so there is no need for customers outside the construction zone to be affected by the power outage for a long period of time, unlike in the past. Furthermore, there is no need to switch switches to reduce the range of power outages, which was required in the past, and labor costs can be reduced significantly. Furthermore, by using the device of the present invention, it is possible to cut the distribution line between the wire supports 25 and 25, and the cut end of the distribution line does not snap off, making it safe and allowing one of the wire supports 25 to be cut after cutting. 18
By rotating by 0°, a sufficient distance of 20 cm or more can be secured between the cut ends. In addition, the work from attaching the chuck 39 to cutting and connecting the distribution line 45a can be done by one person, and the main body case 3, main shaft 6, and bevel gear 9 can be
, 11, etc. are made of synthetic resin such as FRP and Duracon, so they are lightweight and easy to handle, making work more efficient. In addition, by using the device of the present invention, in addition to cutting the distribution line 45 near utility poles using scaffolding equipment, it is possible to maintain tension in the center of the span etc. using an aerial work vehicle. This makes it possible to disconnect the power distribution line 45, making it possible to cope with any construction environment.

[Scope of Claims] 1. A method for reducing the range of work power outages, which is characterized by cutting the distribution lines while maintaining the tension of the distribution lines on both sides of the construction zone, and causing a power outage only in the construction zone. 2. Attach known chucks to the power distribution lines on both sides of the construction zone at appropriate intervals, equip the main body with a rotatable main shaft, and install a main shaft cover that slides and expands and contracts within the main body as the main shaft rotates. A rod-shaped wire tensioner is provided, and two wire supports for holding distribution lines are installed on the main body of the rod-type wire tensioner so as to be able to slide, rotate, and fix freely, and The main body of the wire tensioner and the tip of the main shaft cover are connected to the chuck, the rod-shaped wire tensioner is reduced, the power distribution line between the chucks is loosened, and the loosened power distribution wire is connected to the two wire supports. , cut the distribution wire between each two wire supports, insert an end cap into each cut end, rotate one of the supports to separate the cut ends, and cut the distribution wire between the two wire supports. A work power outage range reduction device characterized in that a bypass cable and a connection clamp for work grounding are appropriately installed at each chuck attached end of the workpiece, and power is cut off only in the construction section.
