本考案は、溶剤を用いず、通常の真水に洗剤を
混入し洗浄液として使用する、洗浄装置に係るも
ので、従来この種の洗浄装置は、洗剤を混入した
洗浄液洗浄相と、濯ぎのための濯ぎ洗浄相とを並
列に位置し、洗浄液洗浄相から濯ぎ洗浄相に被洗
浄物を移動して、洗浄を行う方法が用いられてい
たため、機構を大型複雑とし、高価なものとなる
とともに洗浄作業を複雑なものとする欠点を有し

ー洗浄時に洗浄液相上面を被覆する可動被覆体
と、洗浄液相とは別個に形成した仕上液相中の仕
上洗浄液をシヤワー洗浄相に導きシヤワーノズル
から噴出させる加圧ポンプとから成り、洗浄液相
の上部に仕上用のシヤワー洗浄相を形成したもの
であるから、装置の専有面積を小さなものとする
とともに可動被覆体の存在により洗浄液相中の洗
浄液を、仕上洗浄液によつて薄くすることもな

より進退自在に位置し、被洗浄物４のシヤワー洗
浄時に、シヤワーノズル１３から噴出する仕上液
が、洗浄液相８中に落下混入して、洗浄液を薄め
ることがないよう、洗浄液相８上面を被覆し、傾
斜した液受面１４で仕上液を仕上液相１５中に流
出させるとともにこの可動被覆体１１は、被洗浄
物４のシヤワー洗浄時以外は、進退機構１２によ
り、洗浄液相８とは別個に形成した仕上液相１５
の上面に、ガイドレール１６を介して移動され
る。また、シヤワーより噴出される仕上洗浄液
は、洗浄液相８とは別個に形成した、仕上液相１
５中に収納されており、これを加圧ポンプ１７に
より、シヤワー洗浄相１０に導き、シヤワーノズ
