れ、次に引き下げられて第2ガイド面15に摺接
し、ここで引き下げ作動力が無くなると、傾斜し
ている逃し面16の裏面に沿つて係合することな
く上昇できる。

通電してプランジヤー6及び作動杆5の他端を引
