Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は電気かみそりや電動バリカン等の電
源の例えば周波数や電圧を必要に応じて切換える
ための電源切換機構を有する電磁駆動装置の改良
に係り、特に構成が簡単で組立てやすく、しかも
電気的絶縁性の高い電源切換機構を提供すること
を目的とする。 従来この種の電源切換機構には、イギリス特許
第1009659号がある。すなわち磁気鉄心に、励磁
コイルを巻回したコイル巻枠を挿嵌し、このコイ
ル巻枠の一部より出たコイルの端部を小型の切換
スイツチ組に配線し、この切換スイツチ組を2分
割本体ケースの接合面で挾持して、本体ケース側
面に配置した構成となつている。しかしながら上
記電源切換機構は、数多くのコイル端部を切換ス
イツチ組に接続しなければならないため、配線が
煩雑になり、ともすれば誤配線を招きやすく、さ
らには、該コイル端部は組み立て時のバラツキを
考慮してややたるみを有すことが必要であるが、
コイルの端部にたるみがあると切換スイツチ組を
本体ケースに装着する際に配線したコイルが邪魔
になるという欠点があつた。 この考案は以上の欠点を解消したもので磁気鉄
心に装着したコイル巻枠の下端に、複数本の線材
を立設し、該線材にコイルの端部を巻きつけ支持
するとともに、該線材を上記コイルの端部ととも
に切換基板に固着したものである。 以下この考案を電気かみそりに実施した例を、
図面により説明する。 第1図において、1は左ケース片、2は右ケー
ス片で両者を対向させてU字状の中ケース片3を
挾持することによりケースAを構成する。このケ
ースAには、電磁駆動機構,電源スイツチ
キワゾリ刃組体が内蔵されている。 電磁駆動機構はU字状のケイ素鋼板製積層磁
気鉄心(以下鉄心と称す)4に励磁コイル5を巻
回したコイル巻枠6を挿嵌し、その上部に固定し
た一対の取付枠7に支軸8を取付け、この支軸8
に上記鉄心4によつて駆動される振動子9を懸架
している。 コイル巻枠6は第2図に示すようにポリアミド
樹脂やポリカーボネート樹脂等の電気絶縁性の高
い合成樹脂より成り、その下端には鉄心4の底部
を囲繞する立壁6a,後述する切換基板10に位
置決め支持される支持突起6b、そして例えば導
電性等の材質から成る線材11が挿嵌されている
円柱突起6cが一体に成形されている。 上記線材11には励磁コイル5がスパイラル状
に巻きつけ支持されており、該コイル5の端部と
ともに切換基板10に形成された端子16にハン
ダ付け等により電気的に固着される。 なお、上述のようにコイル5の端部と切換基板
10の端子16は電気的に接続されるものである
ので、線材11は必ずしも導電性を有す必要はな
い。 切換基板10の上面には一端が電源スイツチ
の接点部C2と接触した接触板12とリード線1
3、給電端子板14,14が取付けられ、(第5
図a参照)下面には端子群15(15a,15
b,15c,15d)、16(16a,16b,
16c,16d)がプリント配線されるととも
に、切換摘み17と給電端子ピン18が取付けら
れている。(第5図c参照) 前記切換摘み17は断面Ω状で端部につば部1
7aを有し中底部より突起17bが立設してい
る。この突起17bを切換基板10に穿設された
取付孔10dに挿入し、基板10より突出た突起
17bの先端をワツシヤ19を介して潰すことに
より、切換摘み17が回動自在に装着される。ま
た切換摘み17のつば部17aの切換基板10と
対面する側に2枚の端子板20がハの字状に埋設
されており、この端子板20,20が切換基板1
0に印刷配線された端子15と接触し、電圧の切
換を行う。 そしてまた上記端子16には上述の励磁コイル
5の端部が巻回された線材11がコイル5の端部
とともにそれぞれハンダ付けされているので、励
磁コイル5は断線の虞れがなく、またコイル巻枠
6と切換基板10を相対的に定位置に固定するこ
とができる。 切換回路の結線図は第6図に示すように励磁コ
イル5の一端は電源につながる給電端子ピン18
に、他端を電源スイツチを通じて給電端子ピン
18に接続されており、その中間点に端子15,
16aが接続されている。すなわち、切換摘み1
7を右側に回すと、図のように15aと15b
間、15cと15d間が短絡し、励磁コイル5の
並列回路を作り、電源電圧が110Vで使用でき、
左に回せば、15aと15b間が開放し、15c
と16aが短絡して、励磁コイル5の直列回路を
作り、220Vで使用できる。前記の端子間の短絡
および開放は切換摘み17のつば部17aに埋設
された端子板20によつて行われる。 21はポリカーボネート等の耐絶縁性のすぐれ
た合成樹脂より成る絶縁板で、磁気鉄心4の底部
および左右ケース片1,2に取付けられてい
る(第2図、第4図参照) また22は振幅共振ばねで振動子9の振幅調整
を行う。振動子9の先端には駆動杆23が立設し
ており、これは左ケース片1の上部から右ケース
片2の上部まで延設された上壁24の窓25から
突き出るように形成されるとともに、この窓25
に毛止めパツキング26が装着される。27は弾
性を有する発泡シートで、この発泡シートを2つ
折りにして電磁駆動部の両側から挾着しており、
振動防止の役目をする。 以上の構成からなる電磁駆動機構は、左ケー
ス片1に固定ねじ28を取付枠7のねじ孔7
鉄心4の底部4に設けられた透孔29に挿通し
て、左ケース片1に突設した突起30にねじ込む
ことにより装着される。 31は内刃支持体で駆動杆23の先端に形成し
た段落部23aにばね受け皿32を載置し、さら
に内刃体押圧ばね33および内刃支持体31を順
次組みつけ、止め金具34を内刃支持体31の上
から駆動杆23の止め溝23aに固着することに
より駆動杆23に装着されている。電源スイツチ
は、操作部C1と接点部C2とを縦長く連結する
ことによつてケースAのわずかな間隙に収納固定
されている。また、きわぞり刃組体は独立した
組体として右ケース片2にねじ35によつて取付
けられており、振動子9の一部から突設された駆
動ピン36を上記組体の連結孔37に嵌入する
ことによつて可動刃38が駆動され、固定刃39
とで長毛を切るもので、可動刃38と固定刃39
の刃先は右ケース片2から突き出てくる。 なお図中40は飾り部材で、左ケース片1の外
壁に設けた係合孔1bに弾性変形する鈎型突起4
0aを係合することによつて取り付けられてお
り、装飾のためにクロムメツキを施している。4

を切換基板10にハンダ付すれば、基板10とコ
イル5との断線をより防止できる。 また、本考案によると配線が簡略化され、組立
性が向上し、誤配線を防げられ、さらにはコイル
端部が不要にたるむことを防止でき、しかもコイ
ルの端部は線材にスパイラル状に巻きつけられる
ので、たるみ分を良好に吸収することができる。
しかもこの考案によれば励磁コイル5を巻回した
コイル巻枠6の下端に磁気鉄心4の底部を囲繞す
る立壁を設けたので、鉄心4の底部の絶縁が確実
になる。
