ると共にその一方はベローズ体可動板に対して少
なくとも静置時および送液時に軸封状態となるよ
うに結合させ、その他方はベローズ体基底板に対
して静置時および送液時にそれぞれ軸封状態およ
び通気状態となるように弁機構を介して遊貫させ
た管状軸、および(c)管状軸を送液時に閉塞状態に
してベローズ体可動板と共にベローズ体基底板方
向に復動可能に変位させるようにした操作部を有
することを特徴としている。
