Claims (1)
- 金属壁で囲まれた導波空間と、同導波空間に形
成された給電用開口に接続される給電部とをそな
え、上記導波空間内において、頂部を上記開口へ
向けて配設された円錐状の整合体が、上記開口と
同軸的に設けられ上記整合体の底面よりも大きい
整合円板を介して取り付けられて、同整合円板の
上記整合体からのはみ出し部分の寸法が線路波長
の１／４に設定されたことを特徴とする、円形導
波線路。
