本発明は品質の安定した水硬性セメント板の養生方法に

従来の水硬性セメント板の養生方法では水硬性セメント
生板を抄造した後でパレット上に積載し、この積載され
た水硬性セメント生板を箱状の養生庫におりて蒸気のみ
で温湿度をコントロールするようにしたものが一般的で
あった。しかしながら、このように蒸気のみのコントロ
ールだけでは水硬性セメント生板から発生する水分や水
利熱を蒸気でもって温湿度バランスを一定に保つことが
困難なものであった。そのために水硬性セメント板の一
枚一枚に端部クラマクなどが発生しゃすく品質上のバラ

水硬性セメント生板を長網式や丸網式抄造機で抄造した
後でバレーJト上に積載し、この積載された水硬性セメ
ント生板を養生庫に搬送する。第1図に示すように、養
生水Aは養生水本体の内側面に保水性を有する布などで
できたシート1を吊下せしめて、さらにこの保水性を有
するシート1の上部3面を包囲するようにパイプ2を配
役しこのパイプ2に散水ノズル3を取り付は水膜4を形
成するとともにこの保水性を有するシート1の下部に多
数の孔をあけたパイプで形成した蒸気吐出部5を設けた
構造となって因る。この養生11fA内に搬送された水
硬性セメント板は一次養生として散水ノズル3で形成中
る水膜4と蒸気吐出部5から間欠的に送り出される蒸気
によって養生庫A内の雰囲気温度20〜60℃、湿度6
0〜80壬で4〜20時間養生される。その後、二次養
生として温度50〜80℃、湿度100壬、48〜10
0時間養生される。したがって、養生庫A内の温度は散
水ノズル3の水膜4と蒸気によってコントロールされ保
水性を有するシートlで湿度が一定に保たれる。そのた
めに、水硬性セメント板の内部の温度と端部の温度とを
パレットの上段と下段にお−でも一定に保つことができ

とともにこの保水性を有するシートの下部に蒸気吐出部
を設けた養生水で水膜と蒸気でもって温湿度をコントロ
ールするようにしてbるから養生庫内の温湿度を上下層
で一定に保つことができるので水硬性セメント板の端部
クラヴク等も発生することもなく品質の均一な製品を得
ることができる。又、養生水のメインテナンスも簡便な

積載し、該積載された水硬性セメント生板を養生庫で養
生する水硬性セメント板の養生方法において、養生庫本
体の内側面に保水性を有するシートを吊下せしめ、さら
に該保水性を有するシートの上部を包囲するように散水
ノズルを配設して水膜を形成するとともに該保水性を有
するシートの下部に蒸気吐出部を設けた養生庫で水膜と
蒸気でもって温湿度をコントロールすることを特徴とす
