部の周壁の一部に軸方向の窓孔を開設して該窓孔
の後端寄りの内面壁の対向位置に一対の軸支穴を
設け、取付部の両側壁面に支軸を有するクリツプ
をその支軸を前記軸支穴に嵌入させることによつ
て窓孔内に回動自在に装着すると共に該クリツプ
を突出させる方向に押圧するバネを窓孔内部に装
着し、このクリツプ取付部が位置する軸筒後端部
にはキヤツプを嵌着可能としてその嵌着によりキ
ヤツプ内面に押されたクリツプが軸筒の窓孔内部
に没入するよう構成されたことを特徴とするクリ
