挾持することによりその中心線を常時一定位置に
揃えるようにしたものであるため、前記板状体が
搬送コンベヤとの摩擦抵抗により前記動作部材に
よつて挾持される時に板面を損傷したりあるいは
板を破損したりしないように、エヤーテーブルを
設けて前記板状体を浮揚支持するようにしなけれ
ばならず、そのため装置が複雑かつコスト高とな
る問題点があつたとともに前記動作部材の前後動
作は相対的移動のみであつて、必要に応じて板状
体に対する移動動作を左右別々に変えて整列作業
を行うことができず、また前記動作をできるだけ
早くして板状体の位置調整を速やかに行うように
しようとしても、前記動作部材の駆動が無端状ロ
ープの往復作動によるものであるため、その高速
化に限界があり、その結果作業能率を大巾に向上
することができないと言う問題点があつた。

不規則に突出した部分を次第に内側に押しやつて
その搬送列の整列が行われる。然しながら前記定
規ベルト3a,3bの連続した押しやり作用だけ
ではその幾分斜めに曲つて到来する薄板1内、特
に図示のような搬送方向が幅狭の薄板1はその曲
りを矯正する搬送列の整列が実際的に不可能であ

るように整列して搬出するものである。

送姿態を次第に搬送方向に対し正確に直交させる
ように整列させることが出来、しかもその整列の
際に両側の定規ベルトで該薄板1を強圧してその
材質を損傷することも無くなつたものであるか
ら、搬送方向が幅狭の薄板の場合でも充分にその
目的を果すことが出来るばかりでなく、回転羽根
型振動機構の振動周期の位相を薄板の種類によつ
て左右自由に変えることが出来るので多種類の薄
板に利用出来、作業を迅速かつ正確、高能率に行
い得る効果がある。
