素子と、同発光素子の前後に配置した2個の受光
素子からなる標識検出装置内を、先の透過率又は
反射率の相違を利用した標識を一定間隔毎に設け
た釣糸を通過させ、2個の受光素子の信号をコン
ピユータに入力し、2個の受光素子の信号の遅速
により釣糸の移動方向を判定すると共に、2個の
受光素子の信号により標識の通過数を計数し、釣
糸の繰り出し長さを演算表示するようにしたこと
