た位置検出装置において、前記操作部は、本体か
ら突設された摺動体と、工具先端等の押圧を受け
る接触板とが別部材で構成され、該接触板を超硬
部材で形成して摺動体の上面に載設させると共に
、当該接触板が弾性体と押え部材を介在させて摺
動体と着脱可能に締付装着させたことを特徴とす
