前者の例ではPC板内に鉄筋を配筋し、PC板上面
に鉄筋かごを一定間隔毎に並べているものであ
る。また後者の例ではPC板内に鉄筋を配筋し、
このPC板上にラチス材を一定間隔を置いて並設
したものである。しかしながら、前者の例はPC
板内に鉄筋と鉄筋かごの下部を埋入することか
ら、板厚が厚くなることから、軽量化に難点があ
り、扱いが面倒となり、また製作に際して、鉄筋
の配筋作業と、鉄筋かごを1かごずつ並べる作業
と、鉄筋とかごの下部とを接合する作業との3工
程を必要とし、非常に作業に手間がかかる問題が
ある。また後者も、前者と同様に板内に鉄筋とラ
チス材の下部が位置しているため板厚が厚くな
り、そして製作する場合に配筋手間とラチスを1
つ1つ並べる手間を要する。このようにいずれの
型枠も板厚が厚くなつて、軽量化に不向きで、扱
いが容易でなく、迅速に製作できない欠点があ

でよいので製作が簡易かつ迅速にできる。さらに
リブ部が2枚重ねであるので補強効果を高めるこ
とができる。またリブ部端部は構造用鉄筋の作用
を備えているため、鉄筋を打込み型枠に先組みし
たと同様の機能を果すことができ、そしてリブ部
の穴を利用して鉄筋を位置決め、仮止めでき、さ
らに打込み型枠の軽量化ができるので、鉄筋工
