着すると共に、左右の車輪を該車輪取付金具にお
いてリンク棒により連結し、該左右の車輪の一方
に装着される車輪取付金具の該円形部外周に係止
溝及び突起を形成し、又該係止溝に嵌脱する突起
を側面に設けると共に、自由端をスプリングに連
結して前記円形部側に付勢されるレバーを前記プ
レートに回動自在に軸支し、更に該レバーに対す
るロツクピンを該レバーと垂直方向にスプリング
を介して上方に付勢されるように装着したことを
