- ケース内にテープが巻かれている第１のハブと
テープを巻き取る第２のハブを有し、第２のハブ
には、外部装置の回転駆動軸の係合部との係合手
段を備えるとともに、外部の部材が第１のハブに
係合することを阻止して第１のハブの巻戻し阻止
する手段を備えたことを特徴とするテープ・カー
