て使用したものとか、合板等によって形成した壁面構造
体が開発されてきたが、これらの壁面構造体は、いづれ
も比較的薄い板であるため単なる間仕切り用としては望
ましいとしても1枚板としては、壁構造体としての耐圧
強度にとぼしく、特に上下方向への外部からの圧力には
事実上耐え得ないのであって、構造体としての機能には
自ずから限界がある欠点があった。
