Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain outgoing/incoming call without causing confusion by applying m:n (m, n are plural numbers)connection control to radio connection devices and telephone sets while plural cordless telephone sets are placed in an overlap zone of plural service areas. CONSTITUTION:Two cordless telephone sets la, 1b exist in the overlap zone of the radio connectors 2a, 2b and send and receive a signal from any of the connectors 2a, 2b. A radio line controller 3 is connected with the controllers 2a, 2b by a relay line interface (selection signal transmission/ reception), and connected to extensions of a PBX exchange 4 by a subscriber interface (bell signal incoming, telephone set dial signal sending). The extension side viewed from the PBX exchange 4 is regarded as the same for cordless telephone sets and general telephone sets, and extension terminals 1a, 1b, correspond to cordless telephone sets la, 1b. Further, the radio line controller 3 applies traffic control for the outgoing/ incoming call for the cordless telephone sets.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] 3. Detailed Description of the Invention (Field of Industrial Application) The present invention provides a method for controlling incoming calls to a plurality of cordless telephones existing in overlapping service areas (zones) of a plurality of wireless connection devices. In this system, the received electric field level from the cordless telephone measured by the wireless connection device at the time of a call is stored in the upper wireless line control device, and when a call is received, the wireless connection device with the highest received electric field level is connected to the wireless connection device. The feature is that incoming connections can be made by selecting a route.

(Prior art) As a method of controlling incoming calls to mobile terminals, a base station calls all mobile stations simultaneously, compares the level of the received electric field from the terminal at each base station, and uses a wireless base that shows the highest level. Technology for making incoming calls using stations has been put to practical use in car telephones.

A cordless phone is considered to be a form in which part of the conventional telephone line has been made wireless, and a wireless connection device (base station or master station)
There was a one-to-one correspondence between the station and the telephone, and it was possible to move the phone within the same zone (approximately 20 meters). However, it is expected that problems will occur in the future when telephones are used in places with a high density of installations or when they are moved to other zones, and there is a need for technology that can meet these new demands. However, unlike a car, a cordless phone is not used for making calls while constantly moving, so it can meet the above requirements with a simpler control method than in the case of a car.

(Specific purpose of the invention) When introducing a cordless telephone in a place where there are many PBX extension telephones, such as on the premises of a business office, it is necessary to use a cordless telephone because of the high density of telephones and the need to move the telephones, for example, by bringing them into a conference room. For example, the relationship between the wireless connection device and the telephone should not be 1:1, but multiple cordless telephones should be present in the overlamp zone of multiple service areas (m:n) (m, n
It is desirable to control connections based on the relationship between multiple devices and to enable movement.

Even if there are multiple cordless telephones (1a, 1b, -) within the overramp service zone (2b, -), it is possible to make and receive calls without causing confusion, and each Since the data is written to the 10 memory of the line control device 3, the cordless telephone can move to a service area of a wireless connection device different from its current location and make a call. For this reason, it will be easy to make cordless PBX extensions in offices, etc., and its introduction will be promoted.
