層が形成される。 Immediately before the threading process is completed, the pressure cylinder 25 operates in reverse, the threading guide 32 is lowered, and at the same time as the threading process is completed, the supply side yarn is transferred to the uneven surface 42 on the upper surface of the protruding piece 41 of the threading guide 40. a pressure cylinder 23 that engages and simultaneously reverses operation;
As a result, the thread shifting arm moves from the 30' position in Fig. 2 to the 30 position (Fig. 8), and along with this, the yarn is stopped by the traverse guide pin, and the thread shifting arm 30 is further moved to the left. When the thread moves to , the thread is separated from the uneven surface 42 due to its tension, and traverse winding is performed by the operation of the traverse guide pin, so that a thread layer is formed on the bunch-wound thread portion on the bobbin.

A thread locking edge 39 is provided. The thread locking edge 39 has a width a in front of the trough of the wedge-shaped cutout, which is larger than a width b in the back from the trough, and a length L from the trough of the long piece 38 to the board to which the guide rod is attached. By making the length l from the trough of the short piece 39 to the substrate longer, the thread cutting collar 3 of the bobbin 2 can be cut as shown in FIGS. 13 to 16.
When the thread hooking guide 33 advances so as to sandwich the thread, the thread Y caught between the respective thread locking edges 39 of the bifurcated piece is introduced deeply into the thread cutting groove 4 of the thread cutting collar 3, and the supply side thread is The hook sheet 16 (for example, a male member of a hook-and-loop fastener) adhesively fixed to the circumferential surface of the thread cutting collar 3 on the bobbin side is held by the thread cutting blade 15 while being pulled and pressed against the thread cutting blade 15, thereby reliably cutting the thread at that portion. At the same time, the thread end on the supply side is gripped by the surface of the hook sheet 16 to obtain a stable threading state, and the amount of waste thread that is cut and suctioned and removed by the suction port is controlled by the cutting collar and the suction port located corresponding to the cutting collar. This is the minimum amount depending on the distance between them. FIG. 13 shows a state in which the guide rod 45, to which the threading guide 33 is fixed at the tip, is in the advancing process, rotates counterclockwise in the advancing direction, and the threading guide 33 has reached so as to sandwich the thread cutting collar 3. 14 is a side view of the long piece 38, in which the thread locking edge of the long piece 38 extends deeply, and the yarn caught in the valley of the thread locking edge is caught in the thread cutting collar 3. in contact with the periphery. FIG. 15 is a side view showing a state in which the thread cutting collar 3 rotates, locks the thread in the thread cutting groove 4, and cuts the thread with the thread cutting blade 15 protruding in the direction of rotation.
FIG. 16 is a front view thereof, showing the state in which the supply-side yarn end is held on the hook sheet 16 surface of the hook-and-loop fastener at the time the yarn is cut. FIG. 17 is a front view of the state in which a transfer tail is formed on the bobbin 2 at the beginning of winding, and at this point the guide rod 45 begins to retreat.
