、前記円筒状ポンプ室４の側壁に吸入ポート８を
設けると共に、前記円筒状ポンプ室４の周壁にも
前記吸入ポート８に連通する吸入ポート１４を設
け、前記アウターローター５の歯底部に吸入ポー
ト１４に臨む貫通孔１８を設けたことを特徴とす
