Conventionally, in order to carry out the material to be dried into such a drying oven, the material to be dried is conveyed horizontally to a fixed position by a chain conveyor, then lifted vertically by an elevator at the rear of the oven, and then moved horizontally inside the oven again. Drying work was carried out while being transported, and the dried material was lowered by an elevator at the front of the furnace, and then transported horizontally. Therefore, the conventional method of carrying in and out of the drying oven using an elevator requires a long transportation cycle and is inefficient because the elevator moves back and forth in the vertical direction. It was hot. Furthermore, the conventional type requires two elevators before and after the furnace, as well as a horizontal conveyor to connect them, making the structure complex and not only uneconomical, but also prone to breakdowns. It was something that caused a lot of damage.

The skid 3 on the skid carry-in roller conveyor R located at the left end in FIG. 1'.The loading section is A in Figure 1.
-B, and in this section, the conveyor chains 1, 1' are laid horizontally by a distance L1 . skid 3
When the front horizontal member 4 arrives within the carry-in section,
The push conveyor 8 turns around the sprocket 9 and leaves the skid 3 waiting in that position. Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the front escape prevention piece 7 pivotally attached to the conveyor chains 1, 1' traveling in the direction of the arrow comes into contact with the front horizontal member 4 of the skid 3 and becomes inverted. The transport chain moves forward and stands up again due to the balance around the pivot point, and then the tip of the backward skid prevention piece 6 pivotally connected to the conveyor chain 1, 1' comes into contact with the horizontal member of the skid 3. At this time, since the horizontal section L1 exists in the conveyance chains 1, 1', the front escape prevention piece 7 and the skid 3 are smoothly carried in without interfering with each other. Then, when the backward skid prevention piece 6 and the front horizontal member 4 of the skid 3 engage, the conveyor chains 1, 1' rise by a slight height H 1 + H 2 and reach point B', and the skid The front horizontal member 4 is transferred and placed on the link plate of the conveyance chain. Here
H 1 is the vertical distance between the upper end surface of chains 1 and 1' in section A-B and the lower end surface of skid 3 placed on skid carry-in roller conveyors R and R, and H 2
is the vertical distance between the lower end surface and the upper end surface of the conveying chains 1, 1' after being raised, and H 2 is set to be much smaller than H 1 . Therefore, the conveyor chains 1 and 1' are laid horizontally from point B' to point C, and the conveyor chains 1 and 1' are laid horizontally from point B' to point C.
B'-C is formed (Fig. 1), and the length L2 of this skid carry-in transfer section B'-C has a length not shorter than the length L of the skid in the conveying direction. , 1' enter the upwardly inclined conveyance section C-C'. In this way, the length of the skid loading/transfer section B'-C is L 2
The reason for choosing a length that is not shorter than the length L of the skid 3 is that if the length of the skid loading/transfer section B'-C is
If L 2 is set shorter than the skid length L, when the front end of the skid enters the upward slope, the rear end of the skid will be located on the skid carry-in roller conveyor R as shown in FIG. 8, and the skid 3 will advance. As a result, the rear end of the skid intermittently passes over the rollers of the roller conveyor R, causing the rear part of the skid to move up and down, causing the transported items placed on the skid to fall due to the reaction. This is to prevent such dangers as they may occur.
When the front end of the skid 3 reaches point C, it is completely transferred onto the link plates of the conveyor chains 1 and 1', and the skid 3 moves upwardly incline conveying section C-C' to the first point.
As shown in the figure, it ascends, passes through an elevated horizontal section C'-D', descends again through a descending slope conveying section D'-D', and reaches a skid unloading transfer section D-E'. The section D-
The length L 2 ' of E' is the skid loading/transfer section B'-C.
The length L 2 of the conveying chain 1,
1' shall be installed. In the section E'-E, the chains 1, 1' again descend by a small height H 1 +H 2 in the same manner as described above and reach the discharge section E-F. The length L 3 of this carry-out section EF is made sufficiently longer than the distance L 1 of the carry-in section A-B to ensure smooth conveyance of the skid 3 and transfer to the delivery conveyor 10. Note that skid 3 is C in Figure 1.
At point C' and point C', the conveyor chains 1 and 1' are in a string-like state as shown in the figure.
Considering this situation, the distance between the backward skid prevention pieces 6, 6 attached to the skid 1' needs to be longer than the length L of the skid 3.

In the lifting device of the present invention, the skid 3 is made of a rectangular member, and only the horizontal members 4 and 5 of the skid 3 are directly placed between the link plates of the parallel conveyance chains 1 and 1'. is backward skid prevention piece 6
and the front escape prevention piece 7,
Skid loading transfer section of parallel conveyance chains 1 and 1'
Since the length L 2 of B'-C is not shorter than the length L of the skid, the conveyor chains 1, 1'
is from the horizontal conveyance state to the upwardly inclined conveyance section C in Fig. 1.
Even if it is bent to move to -C', both horizontal members always come into contact with the link plates of the chains 1 and 1' as shown in the same figure, and the rear end of the skid 3 is moved up and down intermittently. The skid can be held on the link plate and smoothly move up and down the bent part without moving and without the skid sliding backward or running forward, so the cargo on the skid can be transported safely without falling. It is something that can be done.

By tilting the skid and transporting it at places where it is necessary to raise and lower it, such as at the entrance and exit of a drying chevron oven located above the floor, it is possible to transport the goods W continuously. Therefore, the efficiency of transportation is improved, and since the skid is placed directly on the link plate of the conveyance chain and conveyed up and down, there is no need to arrange rollers etc. to support the skid along the conveyance path. The present invention provides a skid elevating and lowering conveying device which has a simple structure and is free from failures, since the conveying means and supporting means for the skid can be carried out only by the conveying chain.
