、ファン7によって外気が冷気吹出口5aから冷気循環
路5内に吸込まれ、冷蔵ショーケースは除霜運転となる
。前記外気は冷気循環路5を矢印Aと逆方向に流れ、冷
却器8等を洗流し吸込口5bから開口部1aに向けて吹
出すが、従来の除霜運転にあける非冷却空気に比べて保
有熱量が格段に多く、前記冷却器8′4の若1iを効率
よく除去する。かつ吸込口5bから開口5’151mに
向けて吹出す外気は、庫内冷気が開口部1aから庫外へ
流出するのを押開する作用をなす。上述の如く扉6が開
放されろつど、外気を導入して行われる除霜運転によっ
て、冷却器8は冷却能力が良好に維持される。また庫内
4の商品10は、除霜運転時間が短かく、かつ庫内冷気
の流出が少ないので、除霜運転によって商品温度の上昇
することが避けられる。

好な品質を保つことができる。

冷媒の通流を停止させるとともにファンによって非冷却
空気を循環させて除霜する前面扉付き冷蔵ショーケース
において、前記ファンのファンモータに可逆回転モータ
を使用するとともに、前記扉の開閉に連動し、扉の開放
時には前記冷却器への冷媒の通流が停止され、かつ前記
ファンが逆回転で運転されるようにしたことを特徴とす
る前面扉付き冷蔵ショーケース。
