細線をメリヤス網し、次いで波付加工した網筒
で、芯金4外周に嵌合し、この芯金4を前記外型
2a,2b内に第1図Bの如く嵌挿し、鍔内周の
肉薄部1aを波付加工した網筒3にくいこませ
る。次いで外型2a,2bと芯金4との間の環状
部に上下より押型5a,5bを嵌合押圧し、第1
図Cの如く網筒3を圧縮する。このようにしてメ
ツシユ体3′の中間外方に鍔1のある成形品6又
は、メツシユ体3′の一側端外方に鍔1のある成
形品7が得られる。成形品6は第4図の如くエン
ジン等の発振源8に座板9とボルト10で固定
し、遮熱板11を溶接又はリベツト12で鍔1に
固定し、発振源8の振動が遮熱板10に伝わらな
いようにする。
