へ潜水作業員を潜入させ、手作業で貝落しや堆積
物の排水を行なうという方法を採用していたので
あるが、管内は作業環境が極めて悪く、しかも作
業によつて海水を汚濁する上に、長期間を要する
非能率な作業を余儀なくされることから、発電能
力に及ぼす影響は甚大である。

戻し用けい引装置等を装備したことを特徴とする
ものであり、以下その一実施例を示す図面に基づ
いて説明する。

え、確実に管壁に接することができるような角度
可変機能をもつている。すなわち、キヤタピラ3
は油圧シリンダ6の作動によるレバー7の回動動
作によつて任意の傾斜角が付与される。8は上記
機体2の中央部に立設した支柱であり、この支柱
8に案内保持され、しかも昇降動作機能をもつ本
体9が装備されている。10は上記本体9の前端
において回転自在に支持されたブームであり、こ
れは本体9内に収設された油圧モータ11の回転
を歯車12を介して伝受し、所定の速度で回転す
るものである。なお上記ブーム10の前面一方に
は油圧モータ13に直結された付着物掻取用カツ
ター14を、又他方には同じく油圧モータ15に
直結した管内面掃除用ブラシ16を設けており、
しかも上記カツター14は、油圧シリンダ17を
もつて揺動自在に、かつ油圧シリンダ18によつ
て揺動する支台19を介して進退自在に保持され
ている。つまり本体19は昇降動作し、カツター
14とブラシ16はブーム10とともに一体的に
大きく施回し、しかもそれぞれが自転し、なおカ
ツター14は前後進と揺動動作を行なうものであ
つて、これらの動作機能により管の形状・寸法に
