Conventionally, painting repair work called lining, which covers the inside of drain pipes with paint, etc., has been carried out in buildings, etc. by dismantling each block of drain pipes, etc., which requires a large amount of labor and time. was spending. Moreover, the inside of the drain pipe has limescale adhering to it, and lining cannot be carried out unless this is removed, resulting in an enormous amount of labor and time.

Therefore, the present invention was devised in view of the above, and its gist is to form an injection nozzle that can be connected to a pressure-resistant hose for high-pressure water in a pipe cleaning device, and to form a spray nozzle that can be connected to a pressure-resistant hose for high-pressure water in a pipe cleaning device. The nozzle is made to have flexibility, and a guard spring is fitted onto the outside without allowing the nozzle to be slidably housed, and a circular brush with a head for guiding the inside of the pipe protruding from the center is attached to the tip of the spring so that it can swing freely. It is based on the fact that it was installed on the

1 in the figure is a spray nozzle, patent application No. 53-113798
It can be connected to a pressure-resistant hose H for high-pressure water in the pipe cleaning device S proposed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-39283. In addition, in Fig. 3, M1
is the motor, T is the water tank, P is the high pressure water injection pump,
O is a case in which a coil spring C is wound and housed, M2 is a motor that forcibly rotates the case O, and the water in the water tank T is squirted into the pipe by a high-pressure water injection pump P operated by the motor M1. , the coil spring C is sent out into the pipe by rotating the case O by the motor M2.

The spray nozzle 1 is fitted with a guard spring 2 which is loosely wound to have flexibility and allows the nozzle 1 to be slidably housed therein.
The rear end 3 of the guard spring 2 is fitted and fixed to the coil spring C which is fitted onto the pressure hose H, and the tip 4 is provided with a swing joint 5 so as to be able to swing freely around the center of a circular brush 6. A head 7 for guiding the inside of the pipe protrudes from the center of the back surface of the brush 6 on the swing joint side.

Next, to explain the use of this, first, the cleaning device S inside the pipes described above removes internal scale etc. of drain pipes etc.
After that, the cleaning nozzle is replaced with the nozzle for painting inside the pipe according to the present invention.

Then, in the cleaning device S in which the nozzle has been replaced, lining paint is filled in place of cleaning water, and during that time hot air is sent into the pipes such as drain pipes after the cleaning is completed to dry the pipes and remove moisture. be removed.

On the other hand, once the water inside the pipe has been removed, the nozzle for painting the inside of the pipe is inserted into the pipe from the head 7 for guiding the inside of the pipe first, and the lining paint is sprayed in the form of a mist from the spray nozzle 1 and applied to the inside of the pipe. It is moved to the back in the same way as when cleaning.

Therefore, by making the outer diameter of the circular brush 6 almost the same as the inner diameter of the drain pipe, when applying the lining paint while moving forward, the circular brush 6 removes some dirt inside the pipe while moving forward. Therefore, the surface being painted can always be kept clean.

Additionally, if you use a paint called Aquatapoxy (trade name) manufactured by American Chemical Co., Ltd., which has a two-component hardening epoxy resin as its main component, as a lining paint, it can be applied underwater and has excellent water resistance and durability. Because it has properties such as strong adhesive hardening and holding properties, there is no need for drying after cleaning the inside of the pipe, and water leaks at the joints of drain pipes can be repaired by simply applying it. It can be very useful.

Therefore, the nozzle for painting inside a pipe according to the present invention has the spray nozzle 1 connectable to a pressure-resistant hose for high-pressure water in the cleaning device S for inside a pipe.
The device S for cleaning inside the pipe, which is essential for lining work, can be used as is for coating work, and the work time can be shortened.

The nozzle 1 is loosely wound to have flexibility, and a guard spring 2 is fitted onto the nozzle 1 to allow the nozzle 1 to be slidably housed. In addition to being able to protect the drain pipe or the like, even if the drain pipe or the like is bent in various ways, the bent portion can be easily bent over the bent portion.

Furthermore, a circular brush 6 with a head 7 for guiding the inside of the pipe protruding from the center is swingably attached to the tip 4 of the guard spring 2, thereby removing dust, etc. in front of the spray nozzle 1 during lining painting. In addition, together with the flexibility of the guard spring 2 described above, it is possible to move the guard spring smoothly forward inside the pipe.

Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 2, even if the circular brush 6 or the brush is fixed to the guard spring 2 and only the head 7 for guiding the inside of the pipe is swingably attached, the brush can be easily moved forward inside the pipe. So, needless to say, it's a good thing.

As explained above, the nozzle for painting the inside of a pipe according to the present invention allows the cleaning device inside the pipe to be shared, the lining is in good condition, and the lining time can be shortened. By using Aquatapoxy, a paint made by American Chemical Co., which contains as the main ingredient, it has practical beneficial effects such as being able to further shorten the lining time.
