Conventionally, artificial wood tops have often been used for the tops of tables, desks, etc., but these artificial wood tops usually have hard and strong materials such as laminated plywood for the inner layer. Artificial wood boards that are soft and have a core made of synthetic resin foam, for example, have rarely been used as top boards.

Artificial wood boards made of foam as a core material are lightweight and have low manufacturing costs, making them an attractive material. Since it is necessary to press and secure the screws and bolts into the board, the inner layer of the board must have enough rigidity and strength to stably fix these screws and bolts, and soft foam etc. cannot meet this requirement. .

A screw receiver 10 is shown embedded in the recess 6 on the left side of FIG. 1 with a synthetic resin 9 interposed therebetween, with its opening 10' opening on the lower surface of the main body of the top plate.
The frame body 11 is used to hold the screw receivers 10 buried in each recess 6 in this manner, and in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. It is formed into a rectangular frame so as to fit into the six recesses 6, and fitting holes are provided at positions corresponding to the respective recesses, into which fitting protrusions 12 made of an elastic material such as rubber are fitted. The screw receiver is mounted in an upright position, and the raised protrusion is inserted into the opening 10' of the screw receiver to be detachably mounted.

In addition, FIG. 3 shows various aspects of the screw receiver 10, and FIG. A shows an example in which an annular groove 10a to prevent slipping out is provided on the circumferential surface of the receiver with a female screw hole in the center. , Figure B shows an example in which a large number of protrusions 10b are provided on the circumferential surface instead of grooves to prevent the screws from coming off and also to prevent the screws from rotating together when tightening.

Although the case in this embodiment is not shown,
The attachment can be accomplished by opening a through hole in the attachment portion 8, passing the bolt 15 through it, and tightening a nut therethrough. Also, by changing from the screw receiver 10 to the bolt 15, the frame 11 has a projection 1.
2, an annular holding member made of an elastic material is provided to detachably attach the bolt 15, and the threaded part of the bolt is inserted into the hole and held, and the head of the bolt is inserted into the recess of the main plate. It is better to be able to insert it in place 6.

The present invention has been explained above based on the embodiments, but connecting fittings such as screw receivers and bolts are buried in the recesses 6 provided in the soft core plate part of the top plate using a hard synthetic resin 9 as a foothold. Since the legs 7 are fixed using the connecting fittings, it is possible to attach the legs in the same manner as a top plate made of hard laminated plywood, although the inner layer is soft. As explained above, this connection fitting is buried by attaching it freely to the holding member made of an elastic material provided on the frame using its elasticity, and attaching the frame to the bottom surface of the main body of the top plate. The metal fittings can be hung in each recess, and the embedding work can be completed by simply filling the synthetic resin, allowing the resin to harden, and then removing the frame. , the leg attachment connection part can be formed quickly and accurately.

Of course, the attachment of the connecting fitting to the holding member can be easily carried out by fitting it into the protrusion in the case of a screw receiver, or by inserting it in the case of a bolt, and there is no difficulty in the work.

On the other hand, in the present invention, the connecting fitting is attached to the holding member of the frame, and the connecting fitting can be suspended inside the recess 6 by attaching the frame to the lower surface of the top plate. Therefore, the fixed part is completely buried in the synthetic resin filled in the recess, and a part of the connecting fitting comes into contact with the upper surface plate 3 of the main body of the top plate, causing deformation of this plate after molding. Since there is no need to give anything away, it is possible to provide a beautiful top plate.

The shape and size of the synthetic resin for embedding the connecting fittings may be arbitrarily determined depending on the size and thickness of the top plate, the degree of softness of the core plate, the size of the connecting fittings, etc., depending on the shape of the recess. From the viewpoint of stability, it is preferable that the shape of this recess is a tapered shape that expands toward the back.

1. In the main body of the top plate, which is made of a core plate made of a soft material such as synthetic resin foam with the required thickness and laminated with surface plates attached to both sides, a blind hole-shaped recess is inserted into the core plate part through the lower side surface plate material. The required number of recesses are formed in advance at predetermined positions, and the main body of the top plate is turned over and held horizontally so that the recesses face upward, while the frame is configured to cross over the recesses provided in the required number. The body is provided with a holding member made of a soft elastic material such as rubber at a location corresponding to the recess, and connecting fittings such as screw receivers or bolts are removably attached to this holding member, and the top plate is attached from above the main body. After inserting the frame into each of the recesses in a suspended manner by facing the frame, the gap around the connecting fitting is filled with a thermosetting synthetic resin liquid, which is then hardened and connected inside the recess. For attaching legs to a top plate by embedding and fixing the metal fittings, then pulling the frame away from the bottom surface of the top plate main body, removing the connecting fittings from the holding member, and forming a connection part for attaching the legs on the bottom surface of the top plate main body.
