にほぼ摺動方向に延長される平行部及び摺動方向
にほぼ直交する方向に延長される直交部とを備え
る第1の長孔が形成され、前記操作レバーに前記
支軸よりほぼ放射方向に延長される第2の長孔が
形成され、これらの両長孔に摺動可能に係止され
るピンを介して前記作動板と操作レバーとが互い
に係合され、前記操作レバーの一方向の揺動操作
により前記ピンが第1の長孔の直交部に係止され
ている際に作動板を介して弁体を開とし、また、
ピンが第1の長孔の平行部に係止されている際に
前記弁体が押圧手段により閉とされてなる実用新
