【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、ナプキン、ダイヤパー等の生理・衛
生用品に関するものであり、生理・衛生用品に使
われている粘着テープを利用して製品自身にロツ
ト表示が付されている衛生用品を得ることを目的

く、製品の経歴を調べる事は困難であつた。本考
案者らはこうした欠点を改良し、製品自身に生産
ロツトの表示が設けられている衛生用品を得るべ
く鋭意研究の結果、衛生用品に固定されている粘
着テープにバーコード様式によりロツト表示をお
こなう事により、前記目的を達成しうることを見

図に示す如く、大別して剥離剤４、原紙５、粘着
剤６の３つの層に分けられ、剥離剤４の層に第３
図に示すようなロール刃７又は第４図に示すよう
な鋭利なエシヂを持つた板刃８により溝状にスジ
９が付けられバーコードを形成している。第５図
に本考案の衛生用品の粘着テープ貼付装置の一例
を示す。製品本体１が連続的に搬送される状態に
て粘着テープ２はロール原反よりフイードロール
１０により一定量送り出された后、保持ロール１
１により、ロール内部に設けられた真空穴１２に
て負圧により保持されたままカツター刃１３によ
り一定量に切断され製品本体１に連続的に貼付け
られる。こうした装置の途中に前記板刃８又はロ
ール刃７を持つた装置１４を取付けることによ
り、粘着テープは、刃により剥離剤面に溝状のス
ジを付けられながらフイードロール１０により送
り出される。スジを付ける刃は第３図に示すよう
なロール回転刃７でも、又第４図に示すような板
刃８でも良く、装置の取付スペース等によりどち
らでも可能である。又、刃は各々スプリング１５
により受ロールに押し付けられているので、粘着
テープの厚みが変わつても充分対応出来る。又、
スプリングの強さを変える事により剥離剤面以上
