Conventionally, this type of shelf support structure was made by drilling multiple through holes in the glass plate that makes up the side wall surface of a show case, etc., and inserting a dowel with a female thread carved into the inner surface into each through hole. , those in which an L-shaped shelf holder is screwed onto the dowel and a shelf such as a glass plate is placed on the shelf holder, those in which the shelf holder is directly bonded to the glass plate with solder, etc., and the female thread part Various types of structures are known, such as one in which a metal fitting engraved with is glued to a glass plate and a shelf bracket is screwed into the female threaded part of the metal fitting.

However, with the currently known shelf support structure, the position of the shelf support cannot be adjusted to optimally position the shelf according to the shape of the items to be displayed, and the size of the items to be displayed is limited for each display device. However, depending on the type, it is necessary to process the glass plate such as perforation, resulting in a decrease in the strength of the glass plate, which is not preferable.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention involves bonding a plurality of supports to a panel such as a glass plate forming a wall surface.
By mounting a guide member between the supports and slidably sandwiching the shelf bracket between the guide members to form a shelf bracket structure, special processing such as drilling holes in the panel itself is not required. It is possible to attach a shelf holder, and the shelf position can be adjusted to any desired position.

1 is a glass plate that becomes the side wall panel of the display shelf.
2 is a glass plate that serves as a shelf board. Two supports 3 are bonded to the glass plate 1, and a guide member 4 is mounted between the supports 3. A shelf holder 5 is slidably attached to the guide member 4. For example, two such configurations are provided on each of the opposing glass side walls of the display shelf, and the shelf board 2 is placed on four shelf supports 5.

The support 3 has a base member 6 having a male thread carved on its outer periphery and a recessed portion at the upper part, and a male thread on its inner surface that is screwed into the male thread, and has a through hole in the center. A cap member 7 that is inserted into the base member 6, a T-shaped bolt 8 that is inserted through the through hole, a buffer material 9 that is made of a material such as rubber and has a shape that can be inserted into the recess of the base member 6, and a T-shaped bolt 8 that is inserted into the T-shaped bolt 8. It consists of a cosmetic nut 10 and a washer 11 that are screwed together.
The base member 6 is firmly adhered to the surface of the glass plate 1 with an adhesive, and a T-shaped bolt 8 is fastened to the base member 6 with a cap member 7 through a buffer material 9. A guide member 4 is loosely fitted into the T-shaped bolt 8 and fixed between washers 11 by a decorative nut 10. In this way, by providing a gap between the T-shaped bolt 8 and the through hole of the cap member 7, errors in mounting the base member 6 to the glass plate 1 can be absorbed, and the gap between the T-shaped bolt 8 and the base member 6 can be absorbed. By providing a cushioning material 9 between them and fixing them together, the impact force transmitted from the guide member 4 is alleviated, reducing the force applied to the bonding surface of the base member 6, and the repulsive force of the cushioning material 9 is utilized. This is to eliminate slack between the two.

Further, the shelf holder 5, as shown in FIG.
The slide member 12 is composed of a slide member 12, a receiving member 13, and a bolt 14, and the slide member 12 is composed of a groove 15 through which the guide member 4 is inserted, and a female threaded portion 16 screwed between the groove 15. The upper part of the receiving member 13 has a flat surface on which the shelf board 2 can be placed, and the back part thereof forms a semicircular protrusion 17, and the center part has a hole 18 through which the bolt 14 is inserted.
The guide member 4 is sandwiched between the slide member 12 and the receiving member 13 using bolts 14. With this structure, the shelf support 5 can freely slide along the guide member 4, and the position of the shelf board 2 can be adjusted freely.

The upper surface of the shelf support plate 26 is a mounting surface for the shelf board 2, and a locking part 22 that locks the end of the shelf board 2 is provided protrudingly, and a long hole 23 is bored below the mounting surface. and the long hole 2
A frame 24 is made to protrude from both ends of the frame 24, and a hole 25 is bored at the intersection of the frame 24.As shown in FIG. and bolt 1
It consists of 4. The fixture 21 holds the guide member 4 between the slide member 12 and the washer 19, and the washer 19 and the clamping plate 20.
The shelf support plate 26 is held between the two.
The shelf support plate 26 has bolts 14 of the fixture 21 inserted through the elongated holes 23 and holes 25, respectively, and by loosening the bolts 14, the shelf support plate 2
6 along the elongated hole 23 about the hole 25, its inclination angle can be determined. A shelf support structure having this configuration is provided on each of the opposing glass side walls to support the shelf board 2.
