Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) チヤンバと、このチヤンバの両側面に略同
軸上に設けられ、かつ、前記チヤンバの側面から
外方にそれぞれ突出するポート室と、 前記ポート室の開口面を気密に塞ぐレーザ透過
窓と、 前記レーザ透過窓の内面側に着脱自在に配設さ
れ、かつ、当該レーザ透過窓を保護する保護部材
と、 前記ポート室の内部に配設され、かつ、前記チ
ヤンバ内に供給される成膜用ガスが前記ポート室
に流入するのを防止するフードとを具備したこと
を特徴とする光ＣＶＤ装置。 (2) 前記保護部材は、石英ガラスよりなるもの
であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
