Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the number of components, by fitting a metal pipe with the edge of one end of an electroconductive cylindrical body extending through the output- sidering-shaped permanent magnet for a magnetron and electrically coupled to a frame-like yoke, and by causing the edge of the other and of the cylindrical body to surround the cathode terminal lead-out stem of the magnetron. CONSTITUTION:The edge of one end of an electroconductive cylindrical body 16 is fitted in a metal pipe 14 which covers a magnetic pole piece 4 provided at the input- side open and of the anode cylinder 13 of a magnetron 1 and projects from the open end. The fitted edge of the cylindrical body 16 is brazed to the metal pipe 14. The edge of the other end of the cylindrical body 16 surrounds the cathode terminal lead-out stem 2 of the magnetron 1. A portion of a shield case 17 is placed in contact with the cylindrical body 16 by pressure so that the cylindrical body and a frame-like yoke 8 are electrically coupled to each other. The electric length L of the cylindrical body 16 is set at about a quarter of the harmonic wavelength lambda of the magnetron 1. As a result, most of leaking electromagnetic waves proceeding toward the stem 2 through a stem lead wire can be reflected by the choke action of the cylindrical body 16 to make it needless to provide a choke ring in the stem 2.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, a magnetron device used in a microwave oven or the like is constructed as shown in FIG. Each has its own. Further, a first annular permanent magnet 5 coaxially provided on the outer end surface side of the first magnetic pole piece 4 of the magnetron 1 has one magnetic pole S connected to the magnetic pole piece 4.
A second annular permanent magnet 7 , which is magnetically coupled to the magnetic pole piece 6 and coaxially provided on the outer end surface side of the second magnetic pole piece 6 , magnetically couples one magnetic pole N to the magnetic pole piece 6 . A frame-shaped yoke 8 magnetically couples the other magnetic poles of both permanent magnets 5.7.
A metal shield case 9 is attached to the bottom plate of the magnetron 1, and this shield case 9 accommodates a cathode terminal 10 of the magnetron 1 and a choke coil 11 connected to the cathode terminal 10.
Together with the feedthrough capacitor 12 attached to the side wall of the filter, an LC filter circuit is formed.

The first magnetic pole piece 4 is provided at one open end of the anode cylinder 13, and the stem 2 is attached to an eyelet-shaped metal tube 14 that covers the magnetic pole piece 4 and protrudes from the open end. is sealed. Then, the eyelet-shaped shield metal tube 15, which has a flange inserted between the metal tube body 14 and the permanent magnet 5, penetrates the permanent magnet 5 and fits into the cylindrical protrusion of the shield case 9. Therefore, leakage electromagnetic waves that have passed through the stem 2 made of ceramic are prevented from passing through the permanent magnet 5 made of ferrite and leaking out of the device.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the conventional magnetron device configured as described above, it is particularly difficult to almost completely prevent electromagnetic waves from leaking to the stem 2gI using the stem lead wires 19 and 20 as transmission paths. However, this increased the number of parts required, which was one of the factors preventing reductions in manufacturing costs.

Effects of the Invention With such a configuration, most of the leaked electromagnetic waves directed toward the stem 2 through the stem lead wire can be reflected by the choke action of the cylindrical body 16, and a choke as shown in FIG. There is no need to provide a ring. Furthermore, the cylindrical body 16 prevents electromagnetic waves leaking to the stem 2 side from passing through the stem 2 and heading toward the permanent magnet 5 side, thereby preventing overheating of the permanent magnet 5 and generation of jamming radio waves due to the leaked electromagnetic waves. Can be done.
