Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A bimetal having a movable contact and a heating element having a resistance wire wound around a thin plate are arranged facing each other, and when an excessive current occurs, the bimetal is deformed due to resistance heat generation in the bimetal. In a current interrupting device having a structure in which a movable contact is separated from a fixed contact and the deformation of the bimetal is maintained by the heat generated by the heating element, the resistance wires may be respectively locked to both ends of a thin plate constituting the heating element. A current interrupting device for a vehicle, characterized by comprising a locking band portion. (2) The utility model characterized in that the thin plate is made of a good electrical conductor, and an insulating member is provided in which at least the surface of the thin plate facing the bimetal has a locking portion slightly larger than the locking band portion of the thin plate.
