れている。この公報に開示のものは、主軸のコレ
ツトチヤツクの押えナツト外周面に主軸中心線に
平行な案内溝を形成し、一方ガイドブツシユを保
持したスリーブに固定した筒状部材内面に、前記
案内溝内を滑動する係合部材を取付け、案内溝と
係合部材の係合により主軸の回転をガイドブツシ
ユに伝達するものである。この装置は細長丸物部
材の旋削用に開発されたものであり、断面円形の
被切削材に対しては支障なく使用可能である。と
ころが、この装置は断面が六角、四角等の異径断
面素材には極めて不便であることが本考案者によ
つて見い出された。即ち、異径断面素材の場合に
は主軸のコレツトチヤツクとガイドブツシユとの
断面形状は異径断面素材と同一形状をしており、
これらの角度位置(以下位相という)が正確に合
つていなければならないが、従来装置ではこの位
相の調整ができず、実質上異径断面素材には使用
できなかつた。

ており、これにより、チヤツクナツト5に対する
回し板15の取付角度を調整しうるようになつて
いる。

ガイドブツシユ6とに異径断面の素材2を取付け
るには両者の位相が正確に合つていることが必要
である。このためには、コレツトチヤツク3とガ
イドブツシユ6との間に介在する各部材間の位相
をすべて正確に合せることが必要である。ところ
が、主軸1とチヤツクナツト5とはねじ係合によ
り両者を結合するものであるので、チヤツクナツ
ト5を主軸1に対して所定の位相で取付けること
は実際上不可能である。そこで本考案では、チヤ
ツクナツト5に対する回し板15の取付角度即ち
位相を調整可能となしている。この位相合せの調
整は丸棒素材から角状素材に変更されたときに行
われる。即ち、角状素材の断面形状に合つたコレ
ツトチヤツク3及びガイドブツシユ6を選び、こ
れらを所定の場所に取り付ける。角状素材をコレ
ツトチヤツク3及びガイドブツシユ6に貫通させ
両者の位相を合わせた状態でチヤツクナツト5は
主軸1に、案内筒10はスリーブ8にキー14に
よりそれぞれ取り付ける。次いで主軸1を前進さ
せ、回し板15の爪17を案内溝12に嵌合させ
た状態で作業窓13から工具を挿し込んでねじ1
6により回し板15をチヤツクナツト5に結合さ
せる。また位相の微調整を行なう場合は、主軸1
