並設して使用した場合に研磨むらが発生せず、従
来のブラシマークを確実に防止しうる利点があ
り、しかも上記毛先の曲りぐせ並びにブラシマー
クの発生を防止したことに伴つて回転ブラシが大
巾に摩滅するまで長期使用が可能となり、同回転
ブラシのランニングコストを削減できる等、種々
の実用的効果を発揮しうるものである。更に本考
案においては両フオイルプレートの外周部環状領
域に形成した凹曲部と凸曲部をブラシ材取付板の
外縁部外方まで及ばせ、凹曲部と凸曲部をブラシ
材取付板で拘束されていないブラシ材腰部に亘つ
て作用させ、上記波形植毛状態を形成するように
したので、ブラシ材取付板を波形加工せずとも、
上記二枚のフオイルプレートにてブラシ材へ直接
押圧と逃げを与え顕著な波付形を行うことができ
る。又この凹曲部と凸曲部を形成した環状領域に
複数の係止爪を切り起こしてその爪先をブラシ材
取付基部へ係合させフオイルプレートの固定を行
うようにしたから、凹曲部に存在する係止爪をよ
り深く内方へ差し入れてより深く屈曲させ係合を
強固なものとすることができ、両フオイルプレー
トと円形ブラシ材の結合を堅牢なものとすること
ができる。
