Abstract

PURPOSE:To conduct automatically preparation works for the next person who uses the bath tub next after the bath tub is used by a person by supplying hot water with a hot water supply device when the water level in a bath tube is lower than a specified level and additionally burning when the hot water temperature is lower than a desired temperature and removing dirt in the hot water by operating a jet stream device and purifying device. CONSTITUTION:A purifier 3 removes dirt in the hot water through a filter 32 for the hot water recovered near the water surface in a bath tub 6 from a water intake section 31 and the hot water through the filter is pressurized to be returned through a circulating water route 33 provided for returning the purified water from an outlet 41 to the bath tub 6. In the bath tub 6 a water level sensor 51 and water temperature sensor 52 are provided. The outputs of the water level sensor 51 and water temperature sensor 52 are inputted to a control device 5. After setting temperature the control device 5 is started, and the water level in the bath tub 6 is detected by the output of the water level sensor 51. If it is lower than a desired level, a hot water valve 13 is opened to supply hot water. If the hot water temperature is lower than a desired temperature, an additional combustion valve 23 is opened and then a pump 34 is operated by the control device 5 to remove dirt in the bath tub water.

[Disclosure of the Invention] (Embodiment 1) As shown in FIG. 1, the water heater 1 and the reheating device 2 utilize the same water heater 7. The hot water supply device 1 includes a hot water supply pipe 11
A heat exchanger 12 is inserted in the middle of the water heater 7 to exchange heat with hot water at the upper part of the water heater 7. After the city water is heated through the heat exchanger 12, a hot water pulp 13, which is a solenoid valve or an electric valve, is activated. Hot water is supplied to the bathtub 6 through a hot water supply port 14 disposed above the bathtub 6. Here, separate from the hot water supply pipe 11, a water supply pipe for directly injecting city water into the bathtub 6 may be provided, or hot water and water may be supplied via a mixing faucet. A heat exchanger 22 having a circulation path 21 extending from an intake port 24 provided at the bottom to an outlet 25 provided at the top of the bathtub 6, and exchanging heat with hot water at the bottom of the water heater 7 in the circulation path 21; A follow-up valve 23 is inserted. Therefore, following valve 23
When the bathtub 6 is open, the hot water in the lower part of the bathtub 6 passes through the heat exchanger 22, and then the heated hot water is returned to the bathtub 6 by natural circulation. Here, an example is shown in which a follower valve 23, which is a solenoid valve or an electric valve, is provided, but a pump may be provided in place of the follower valve 23 for forced circulation.

The purification device e3 that removes scale collects hot water near the water surface in the bathtub 6 at one end of the bathtub 6 through a water part 31, removes scale through a filter 32, and then pressurizes it with a pump 34 to collect the purified hot water. A circulation path 33 returns the water from the discharge port 41 provided near the water surface at the other end of the bathtub 6 into the bath ff16.
have. With this configuration, water discharged from the discharge port 41 forms a water flow flowing in one direction near the water surface of the bathtub 6, and the water intake section 31 is provided on the downstream side thereof. In other words, bath W! Since a water stream flowing in one direction is formed near the water surface of I6, the scale can be collected on one end side, and the collected scale is collected by the water intake section 31. the result,
The scale of the entire bathtub 6 can be collected near the water intake part 31, and the scale can be efficiently removed.

A water level sensor 51 and a water temperature sensor 52 are disposed within the bath WIG, and the outputs of the water level sensor 51 and water temperature sensor 52 are input to the control device 5. The control I device 5
It works as shown in the figure. The control device 5 has a water temperature setting section for setting the boiling temperature, and is capable of setting the boiling temperature in advance. After setting this temperature, when the start switch is turned on to start the control device 5, the water level in the bathtub 6 is first detected by the output of the water level sensor 51, and if the water level in the bathtub 6 is lower than the desired water level, hot water is supplied. The pulp 13 is opened to supply hot water into the bathtub 6. here,
The water level is usually set at a predefined fixed water level. In this way, when the water level in the bathtub 6 reaches the desired water level, the hot water supply pulp 13 is closed and hot water supply is stopped. The control device 5 detects the water temperature in the bathtub 6 based on the output of the dog's water temperature sensor 52, and when the water temperature is below a preset desired temperature, opens the follow-up valve 23 to reheat the dog. When the water temperature reaches the desired temperature, the follow-up valve 23 is closed to stop reheating.

As shown in FIG. 5, inside the water intake cover 36, a water intake tube 37 with an open top and running vertically is formed. The filter 32 is disposed at a position corresponding to the center of one end surface of the bathtub 6 (the left side surface in FIG. 2), and a replacement port 38 for replacing the filter 32 is provided on this end surface of the bath WI6. ing. The replacement port 38 is closed except when the filter 32 is replaced. A suction port 39 is provided below the exchange port 38, and a discharge port 40 is provided above the exchange port 38, and the three suction ports and the discharge port 40 communicate with each other.
A pump 34 is arranged on the circulation path 45 .

Further, a second circulation path 46 is formed in a route different from the first circulation path 45 so as to pass from both water intake pipes 37 to the filter 32, and one end of the second circulation path 46 is open near the discharge port 40. do. Therefore, when the pump 34 is started, a negative pressure is generated near the outlet of the second circulation path 46 due to the water flow flowing through the first circulation path 45, and this negative pressure causes the water to be discharged from the water intake tube 37 through the filter 32 into the second circulation path 46. A stream of water is formed towards the outlet 40. Since the water intake pipe 37 opens near the water surface in the bathtub 6, the scale is introduced into the water intake fR37, and since the suction port 39 is formed in the shape 11c at the bottom of the bathtub 6, the scale is introduced into the pump 34. This means that no limescale is sucked in.

On the other hand, the water intake port 42 is formed at the lower part of the side surface (upper surface in FIG. 2) of the bathtub 6, and the water sucked in from here is pressurized by the circulation pump 43 disposed on the circulation path 47, and then flows to the water outlet. It is discharged from 41. The spout 41 is provided at both corners of the end surface opposite to the spout 40, and by discharging water from the spout 41, water is directed toward the left in the vicinity of the water surface in the bathtub 6 in FIG. A water stream is formed.

bath'! A drain port 61 is provided on the underside of fJ6,
By operating a drain valve operating handle 63 provided on the apron 62, the drain port 61 can be opened and closed. Further, the apron 62 is provided with a water flow changeover switch 64, which allows the speed of the water flow discharged from the water spout 41 to be switched between a slow water flow and a fast water flow. Therefore, when removing scale, use a slow stream of water to collect the scale, and choose a fast stream of water! , the water in the bathtub 6 can be stirred when hot water is supplied, and the body can be massaged by the water stream when taking a bath. The water flow can be changed not only manually, but also automatically by the $II control device 5.
