Served. As mass production and sales become more important, many population centers as market bases will extend beyond national borders. Accordingly, both necessity and expediency have led to the development of a space where the original product market development area extends over a vast market. Therefore, in order to ensure that producers and suppliers can uniformly provide the highest quality products throughout the distribution range, there is a need for a longer shelf life, especially for liquids such as fruit juice and products that are difficult to store in containers. has been done.

However, aluminum as a barrier is expensive and moreover, cracks are likely to occur along the fold lines. It is also well known to coat barrier layers with heat sealable materials such as low concentration polyethylene, but such coatings tend to strip flavor essence and aroma from various fruit juices.

It is therefore possible to apply polyvinylidene chloride coatings in precise patterns that avoid areas of the material involved in the heat sealing operation. The preferred pattern is stippled in FIG. The finished container is economical due to the superior durability and heat sealing properties of amorphous polyethylene terephthalate, and the aroma retention and barrier properties of polyvinylidene, combined with the need for additional adhesives or adhesives for lamination. Completely utilized without the use of additional coatings for heat sealing.
