Now, optical discs can be broadly classified into two types: read-only discs and writable discs. The former type of read-only disc is a method in which tens of thousands of discs with the same information are manufactured by transferring the information on a stamper on which information has been recorded in advance to a transparent substrate by molding and vapor depositing aluminum. Although manufacturers use expensive equipment, such as compact discs (hereinafter referred to as CDs), they can be produced at low cost through mass production.

In FIG. 3, 1) is a recording device, and 12 is a reflective layer forming device. In a recording device 1), a signal is written onto a recording film to form a bit string.

。The discs produced here generally have low reflectance, and for example, if it is a CD, it cannot be played with a conventional CD player. Therefore, aluminum can be vapor-deposited in the reflective layer forming device 12 to increase the reflectance, thereby making it possible to create a normal optical disc. (Reference: “Introduction to Video Discs and DAD,” Corona Publishing) Problems to be Solved by the Invention According to the optical disc creation method described above, information can be recorded relatively easily, and the created disc is a read-only disc. However, unlike read-only discs mass-produced by manufacturers, information can be recorded relatively easily, making it possible to copy information. It is necessary to protect the information on the disc, and when it comes to large-capacity data such as optical discs, the value of the recorded information is also quite expensive, making it especially necessary to protect the information.

This includes identification information of the device that performs the processing.

。Effects According to the optical disc creation method described above, if there is no identification information of information recorded on the optical disc, the process of setting the second reflectance is not performed and the optical disc is not created. Furthermore, when all the contents of an existing optical disc are copied, there are two types of identification information: the identification information of the information to be recorded and the identification information of the device that processes the second reflectance. In this case as well, the process to obtain the second reflectance is not performed, and no optical disc is created. In order to protect the information on the disk as described above,
It is not possible to create an optical disc as a final product.

Next, this optical disc 1 is input to the disc processing device 5. In the disk processing device 5, first, an identification information detection device detects whether or not identification information I is recorded on the innermost circumference. Furthermore, it will be examined whether the identification information (2) is recorded on the outer periphery of the disk where data is recorded. Here, only when the Subetsu information III exists and the identification recording device (3) does not exist, the next identification information recording device (3) records the identification information (2) on the disc. For example, in the identification information (2), identification information of the disk processing device 5, the date of processing, a serial number for each processing, etc. are recorded. FIG. 2 illustrates an optical disc on which identification information I and identification information (■) are recorded.Identification information (2) is recorded on the outer circumference of the identification information (I) on the circumference, sandwiching the data area.
