- 天井側からクリーンエアーを下吹きし、下降す
るクリーンエアーを床下に吸引するクリーンルー
ム内に、一定経路上を走行自在な荷搬送装置と、
この荷搬送装置との間で荷の受け渡しを行う移載
装置とを設け、この移載装置の上部に、下吹きの
クリーンエアーを供給するクリーンユニツトを設
けたことを特徴とするクリーンルーム内の荷取扱
い設備。
